Clean, no noise, comfortable bed, nice staff Good location: still downtown but away from the noise of the bars!

This was my first stay at this particular hotel in Nashville. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the hospitality extended by the personnel at the front desk. I am already making preparations to stay here again during the upcoming football season.

Hotel new and very nice and clean. Great roof top restaurant and easily walkable to broadway and the country music hall of fame. More quiet than staying near broadway but very convenient. Highly recommend even though nightly valet parking is mandatory at 42 dollars a night. Quite high for not being in the middle of town.

Lovely property, I enjoyed the continental breakfast, very close to the Nissan Stadium. The second floor had a terrible odor coming from the ice machine room, it's unfortunate the cleaning staff did nothing about it until the odor was mentioned to the front desk's attention, as the odor was extremely noticeable. Please check the garbage cans near the ice machines to prevent odor on the floors.

Pros: 15-20 min. walk to Broadway. Hotel is quiet & clean. We had the corner balcony suite. Valet was fine. Cons: Upon check-in we were imm. charged for our stay instead of day of check out. We were told about the amenities (restaurants, gym etc.) but had to ask for the info to be printed because how can we randomly remember all the different open/close hours. The Zepplin restaurant, We had breakfast there which was not worth the $60 we spent and also had lunch & was not good. The moonshot coffee bar had only smoothies & the barista made the mango smoothie chunky; & they only had de-caf coffee. She kept saying she was sorry she was new. There was no room service. The housekeepers didn’t speak English so when I had a toilet issue I couldn’t speak effectively to her. I used the room phone & pushed front desk & it gave a “disconnect message” “the number you have dialed is not in service”. Beds were ok, & the lighting in the bathrooms were very dark. Not bright enough to properly apply makeup. The shower didn’t work & the freezer in the kitchenette was dirty. Upon check out as we were heading downstairs we saw a $450 charge on our card. We got downstairs & I asked why the $450 was charged especially when I found out we only owed that we only owed them an additional $33. The manager stated to see if the funds were there. I explained & showed them that we only owed $33. He gave me an excuse and I said I declined it & only paid what we owed and got his card just in case.

Clean, quiet place with friendly staff. About a one mile walk from Broadway up and down a hill. Took about 20 minutes. City streets in between Broadway and after 2 blocks from hotel smell of trash as there are dumpsters everywhere. 3rd party valet service at hotel damaged my rear bumper. Valet staff was unable to reach the boss-this continues. All things considered, would stay here again.

Super clean hotel! Friendly staff! Comfy beds! This was one of the best hotel stays for us! Would love to stay again! It’s a bit pricey and valet parking only so that plays a factor but overall super impressed!
