The Renwick Mansion Guest house is a 1300 square foot three bedroom house that is part of the 4 acre Renwick Mansion estate. It sits on a beautiful partially wooded lot in central Davenport. The house has been part of the same parcel as Renwick since they were all part of the St. Katherine's historic district. Now, the Renwick Mansion is a wedding and event venue with this guest house on the property, and is also rentable on VRBO. If you plan your stay while Renwick is hosting a public event you can catch a concert or comedy show right next door! (Check the Renwick Mansion FB/Instagram page for details) On the first floor, the house has a comfortable living/TV room, dining room, kitchen and a family room with a sectional couch and projection screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics to make sure you can cook on the gas stove/oven during your stay. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom.
