란트호텔 크롤리크(Landhotel Krolik)

Unfortunately, people tend to write a review only after a negative experience. We are guilty of this too, which is not of our habit because we have always been very satisfied in 99% of our hotel visits. It encourages us to also take the time to write reviews of all our positive experiences in the future. Specifically, we can say about Landhotel Krollik that it is located in a very good location and has nice and clean rooms. The dining area is also pleasant, with nice views of the surroundings. Too bad the hospitality leaves so much to be desired. We were 4 adults and a 2-year-old child and had a nice booking of a regular room and a junior suite with breakfast each for 2 nights. We also ate 2 times in the hotel restaurant in the evening, which is easier with a toddler. Each time with aperitif, bottle of wine, water, 4 main courses, another drink after dinner... In short, a nice bill. Still, it seemed too much to ask to have some bread with the soup (an entree) that we gave to our toddler for dinner... No bread is served with an entree. In other words, not even with 4 main courses, so basically never? Oh yes, baked potatoes instead of fries? +€1.50. At the (basic) breakfast, refills were very sporadic, some things even not at all. Everything seemed too much to ask, and there was hardly any smile at the reception or in the restaurant. It is a pity that such a hotel is run in this way. Finally, we would like to point out to *********** that a child of 2 is charged €12 a day for breakfast, so not free until 3 years old as stated in the booking conditions for children.

Very well presented hotel and exceptionally clean. Lovely service and good breakfast - especially the croissants! Warmly recommended.

I came to dine almost all of the evenings of my stay lol. The food is excellent, local products and specialities, arranged in a modern way-but not too much, really hard to beat value for money here. The room is a bit quirky but nicely arranged, the view on the woods around is amazing. And the personal is very friendly. Definitely recommended and will be back for my next stay!

Das Restaurant geht gar nicht! Auch im dritten Corona-Jahr hat man hier nichts gelernt. Die Tresen-Besetzung arbeitet trotz deutlichen „Erkältungssyntomen“. Auf die Frage eines Gastes, „ob man denn mal einen Corona-Test gemacht habe, kommt die Antwort: „Ich habe zwar gerade im Freundeskreis einige aktive Corona-Fälle, die meinten auch ich sollte mal einen Test machen, aber für mich ist Corona auch nur eine Grippe“. Für uns hieß das: aufstehen, zahlen und ganz sicher nie wieder kommen! Guten Appetit!

Zimmer war groß (Suite) und alles sehr sauber. Die Essensauswahl war vielseitig, große Portionen und sehr lecker.

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder (＜2 Jahre). Man hatte uns einen grossen Tisch mit genügend Platz drumherum im Frühstücksraum/Restaurant vorbereitet - super, danke ! Die Kids durften im Restaurant frei laufen und das Personal inkl. Leitung haben uns bestens und verständnisvoll bedient. Hoffentlich haben wir ihre Nerven nicht zu sehr strapaziert. Es war alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Speisen im Restaurant mit lokalen Zutaten waren sehr gut ... alle haben es genossen. Ich kann das Landhotel Krolik uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und wünsche der Mannschaft weiterhin viel Erfolg und Ausdauer für die noch anstehenden Modernisierungs- und Ausbaupläne.
