더 로프트 호텔 실리구리(The Loft Hotel, Siliguri)

The hotel is very comfortable and it has an excellent but dry restaurant. It is possibly the best hotel around and staff are friendly with very good English. The one issue is for anyone wanting to use it as a transit point to and from Darjeeling is the cost of a cab to the railway station is exorbitant- coming from the airport which is 3 times the distance is almost half the price!!!

A horrible experience. We stayed for 2 night and booked for 3 rooms as we were attending our sister’s wedding. Great impression to begin with as the place was clean, restaurant was clean, staff at the front desk and restaurant were very helpful and polite. Upon checkout, we left our 3 rooms. We were charged Rupees 4,000 for duvet covers, hand towels and bath towels that we did not even use. They charged us under discard as they said that the above items have colour and stains do not go I am a hotelier in a reputed 5 start hotel and this is definitely not how we treat our guests. First and foremost, the room inspection should have been done when we were checking out and not 6 hours later - shame on you’ll Second - how do we know that those items belonged to one of our 3 rooms - again shame on you’ll Thirdly - their sockets in the rooms were not working and we did not even make it an issue. We just ***aged where and when we could Fourthly - we asked for an extra bed to be added to our room which was never done. (405) Moving forward - advise to all Check the hotel items well and ensure that they do a room inspection in your presence before you’ll check out

We couldn't be happier with our wedding experience at Hotel Loft. The entire staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The venue's cleanliness was impeccable, creating a perfect setting for our special day. The food was not only delicious but also exceeded our expectations. The convenience of parking added to the overall positive experience. Hotel Loft played a crucial role in making our wedding truly awesome. Highly recommended for couples seeking a memorable and well-organized celebration. The proprietor (Vishal) deserves a special mention. Thank you so much Hotel Loft.

The Loft is a well priced hotel that has large rooms, clean bathrooms, hot water, good electricity and well placed on the Eastern side of Siliguri. The staff is friendly, the resturant has a good menue. For the money it is a good place to stay.

It was a very good stay in loft hotel.specially ms nilu from reception is very helpful and accomdative she is very good at work and always smiling .. thank you miss nilu for your great service. Hope we will comeback to this hotel and I will recommend this to my friends. Thank you nilu

One quality of hotel to be highlighted, since being a single lady traveller I was only attended by the lady staff at the hotel. I liked the reassuring and warm attitude of the restaurant and the front office.

sharing this review after 3months of my stay .we stayed for 1 night only as it was a transit visit for us. the rooms were good had ameneties but small. the beds were small in size for a single person. we booked for twin bed with extra bed for the third person with additional cost of 1000/- So the design of the hotel is there is kind of lobby seating area in centre and all the rooms are at the sides. it was pass midnight and the other guests were on their top voice chit chatting creating nuisance and not letting other people to sleep. had to call to desk to ask for these people to go away to their rooms or not to make noise in the middle of the night. so im sure the staff came up as after sometime those people left. The again after sometime i hear people screaming on top of their voice. It was the staff and guest arguing to move out of the room as the guest was just a visitor and over stayed longer than the time. The hotel staff was screaming to the guest visitor that again caused disturbance the whole night and could not sleep at all. it was not a comfortable stay at all. upon check out had addressed all the issues faced during the night the receeption staff she just came up with the story of more no of guests staying in 1 room, so no apology nothing infact asked how we settle for the extra bed. so paid Rs. 1000/- for the extra bed which we just lay down only but had no sleep. i wished i never paid for the extra bed. I regret this stay at Loft.

I'll not boast but I have been to all the states in our country and few foreign countries.. but the stay at LOFT was so far the best .. If anyone is looking for cleanliness this is the best .. trust me everything was perfect right from the linen to the toilets The staff was full of warmth and made us comfortable from the time we entered till we left at 0430hrs in the morning.. kudos to the staff 👏 The food is out of the world ... I mean mind blowing, i had the Chefs special Amritsari Pomphret and ***darin Platter .. guys this is a must have and even if it's not there in the menu .. ask for it .. you wouldn't regret , it's worth even spending an extra day there . We requested for packed breakfast and again I was amazed with the minute details someone had gone into while packing it .. everything was there Thanks a zillion Team LOFT for making this stay so memorable and contented.. Everything is great at The Loft. Staff are friendly & efficient. The food is excellent including Buffet breakfast Very comfortable bed with good quality bedding & towels. The air con is effective & the rooms are large. We had a room at back of the hotel which was quiet.
