The water pressure was so bad it was useless to try and wash my hair. The tub wouldn’t drain making me shower in ankle deep water. The headboard was loose and hanging sideways. If anyone had cleaned to tub they would have noticed the clog so ewww! We called twice for extra towels.
Our flight was canceled and I called for three hours and no one answered. This meant I was charged a no show fee. I have called and emailed a so called manager, but no one seems to know where she is.
I’ve never had a bad Hampton stay until this trip. Lots of other things that would’ve been inconvenient if the rest of it had been okay like no place to charge my phone near the bed. The elevators were slow and clunky so I climbed five flights a couple time a day.
Such a shame since it’s super close to Salem and Boston!
