아르다 빌라(Arda Villas)

BOOK NOW. We travelled as a group of three ladies and we can’t recommend enough. The villas are clean and well equipped and a perfect location 5min walk to the centre of Dalyan which is a lovely little scenic resort but with lots of eating and drinking options, cafes and some shops. The highlight of the stay was Ahmet and his family who bent over backwards to be helpful, accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. We were lucky to be coming early in the season so had the whole complex to ourselves and Ahmet was so so kind to us, bringing fresh juice and homemade goods, organising activities, giving us local tours. Thank you Ahmet and family and we hope to come back another day! Don’t look further - book Arda villas!

We had a wonderful time at Arda Villas, and Ahmet could not have done enough for us. He offered to help us book massages, boat trips and recommended places to eat. Anything we needed they were happy to help. The pool was lovely and clean as was out villa. Transfer included to and from the airport. A fiver minute walk to the town centre which had plenty of places to eat and drink. We also had a blissful boat ride to the local beach and the mud baths. A lovely holiday and we felt like we had our own travel guide on Ahmet!

My friend and I stayed here for one week after we finished a tour of the East of Turkey. It was a perfect place for us. The location is great, nice and quiet but only a few minutes from the centre. Ahmet and his sister Hatice are the best hosts you could ask for. Fabulous Turkish breakfast and we had two dinners there which were lovely . So nice to have traditional Turkish homemade food. A highlight after eating in restaurants. The accomodation is very comfortable , immaculately clean and the villas have everything you need. You are looked after like part of the family. The very best of Turkish hospitality awaits you.

Beautifully appointed two bed room villa, I think a total of 9, so never really too busy. Everything you might need is provided, and all spotlessly clean. Good WiFi access and a tv (we never used the tv) The manager goes above and beyond to help, such a lovely man. The pool area is clean and comfortable, small bar and seated area. We only had Turkish breakfast one morning, but it was wonderful and set us up for the day. Only a short walk to the main town or river.

Are the villas is a very special place in a peaceful and convenient location, short walk to the river and shops. The pool and sun loungers are lovely and it is a very clean, pretty, well kept setting with plants and trees  The villas are small, basic but perfect and incredibly clean. Ahmet and Urr could not have been more caring and helpful. For example, we couldn't find an item we needed in the supermarket and Urr got straight on his moped and went and found it for us. Midweek clean and linen change are provided. Ahmet can help arrange all excursions, car hire, etc. Ahmet and Urr really couldn't be more hospitable. We want to return!!!

Just returned from our 8 night stay at Arde Villas. Ahmed and his staff do absolutely everything to make sure you have the best holiday and is the perfect host. The whole outside area is totally spotless and the swimming pool just perfect. Would we return, in a heartbeat

Had an amazing experience at Arda Villas in Dalyan last week. The owner Ahmet is very hospitable and even picked us up and brought us back to the airport. He really wants you to have a good time and has a lot of recommendations for activities and restaurants. The breakfast is amazing and a really good price. Service level is very high and you always get asked if you want to drink something or get Turkish tea even at 1 in the night. Location was very good 5 minutes walking to the city center. Would recommend 10/10!

Our experience of Arda was great Ahmet and his sister were very attentive and made us most welcome, we even had home made cakes delicious with our afternoon tea. We are both in our 80’s and found the walk into Dalyan very easy, we suggest a touch for the walk back at night!!! Thanks again for all your kindness M and R.xx

Great propert. Great hosts. A lovely oasis in the city. Very close to the center.
