I had reserved a room for 2 nights. Due to a flight delay I missed the first night but still checked in on the app to confirm my room. When I arrived I was informed that my room had been cancelled and there was no longer a room available. I showed the staff there that I had checked in on the app, but they basically just ignored me and asked me to leave as there was no room available. I tried, calmly, to have a conversation but I was asked to step aside so they could help another guest. Super rude customer service and not even willing to speak to me. I come to Dallas every month and will never book at this hotel again. Not because of the lack of room or the app error, but because the staff treated me less than human and wouldn’t even give me the courtesy of a conversation. Terrible service.
