Awesome stay! My fiance & I had a staycation for the night & utilized their amazing restaurants in the same building. Great views, great food, great holiday decorations all throughout.

Staff was great. Main complaint is how uncomfortable the beds were. Hard as a rock. Half of the pillows were feathered down comfy pillows while half seemed like they were falling apart where the cotton pieces were chunky and flat. For a 5 star hotel we expected the comfort level to be a little higher.

Hotel was beautiful. Clean and staff was professional and friendly. The thermostat didn’t seem to be working well, so we were hot a lot of the night but overall it’s a great place to stay.

For the price I would expect front line staff to be friendlier and more helpful. Front desk staff seemed unhappy with their job and irritated. Valet was very friendly Rooms are basic, bed comfortable This was our only experience with unfriendly people in all of Texas. We LOVED Ft. worth’s people immensely and will stay in that area next time we visit!

The pool was great. The restaurants were top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Use of the house car was such an added treat. The only negative was that the breakfast room service started too late as well as coffee service for a downtown hotel in a big city. I would definitely stay at the Thompson again.

I was very pleased with our stay at the Thompson Hotel Dallas . I love that a Beautiful Classic Dallas mid century bank building has been repurposed as a hotel in the absolute center of the city . The room was well appointed with tub in front of a wall of slightly tinted glass , and walls of windows and great sheets on the bed , This hotel is also walking distance to many things including the recently renovated AT& T,center and Clive Warren Park . The staff, especially the parking attendants ,were polite , and the room cleaning service was exceptional .

2nd time staying at one of these properties, 1st time at this one. It didnt disappoint. Staff were very nice, helpful and showing good custimer service. Room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Overall good stay

I don't always leave a review but told myself I definitely would because this hotel was a stand out to us. My husband and I enjoyed his birthday "staycation" here this past weekend very much. The hotel has a very chic design and the room was spacious and clean. We loved the art and botanicals everywhere. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was one of the best massages we've ever had! We enjoyed the spa plunge pool with the city scape view, as well as the main pool for a fun Saturday. The hotel food was delicious (the burger!) and we loved our Sunday brunch at Nine at the National. Everyone we came in contact with made this Texan proud as they were all very kind and hospitable. This was our first time here but won't be our last. :-)
