Poor customer service, dirty carpet, no towels, lack of amenities, no bath soaps, shampoo. They only serve waffle and coffee for breakfast.

Don’t waste your money. This place is gross and the staff is very rude. ******* says breakfast included but they don’t serve breakfast. We weren’t given a time for breakfast when we checked in so we attempted to call from the phone in the room. It was broken and we couldn’t hear anything. When we used our cellphone to call and ask the lady at the front desk was very rude and loud stating she already told us over the phone the first time we called. She also hung up on us. I would not waste my time on this place. There’s better options and maybe their staff aren’t rude and stupid.

It was ok. The clerks were hit or miss. FYI, to MGMT,we are the paying customers your not doing me any favors letting me stay here

The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I love that the coffee bar was available 24/7. The lobby and lounge area was comfy and quiet.

Bad smell and roaches where coming out off sink did not stay and was still charge for one night

No ac in room / floors are dirty /place is run down /did not feel safe /checked out in 15 mins for safety of my family/receptionist is rude and had security escort me off /do not stay

The toilet backed up and we had to switch rooms. They had no clean towels, we had 2 towels for 4 people for 3 days. Also they had no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, which was super dirty and not suitable for sleeping on. The breakfast was waffles or a microwavable breakfast sandwich. They coffee was fresh brewed for each cup and very tasty and they had a good selection of creamer.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone when arriving guy at front seat tried to be rude for no reason room was okay turn on the ac sounded like a jet trying to take off the entire time it was on people yelling and slamming doors at 2 in the morning

I tried to check into the property Thursday night as reserved and was told by personal that they were overbooked with no rooms available causing me to look for a place to stay for the night, mind you this was 20 minutes later after I had tried to get into the property and calling multiple times because the doors were closed and no one was at the front desk. Then an hour after I checked in the next night, I finished dinner and saw that the bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the sink, fresh pee stains on the toilet and the floor. When I checked out that very night, I was surprised that the same personnel that checked me in did not ask why I was turning my 3 night stay into a no night stay.
