位置偏了點，出門就是高速，住了7天都沒有人去打掃房間，垃圾袋衹能放門口，一直沒有人拿走。沒有清潔工嗎 ？

The entire Administration & Staff have been nothing less than phenomenal! Housekeeping has taken great care of our room & made sure we had all we needed. The to go breakfast....the coffee was my favorite! Ms Keisha, Ms Rosalyn....have made my stay a home away from home since I came the second wk of February. I appreciate the accommodation and costumer service that has been consistent & above and beyond. I will miss the entire staff when it's time for me move on. Thank you for providing a comforting and family atmosphere for me. I will never forget The Extended Stay America on Stemmons Frwy

If your looking for a place to relax and have all the comforts of home at your disposal then stay here. I stayed for 3 weeks and everything went smoothly, people mind thier own business, it is very clean friendly staff and thier were no disturbances. Great place to stay, cost wise 👌 me likey!!! Would highly recommend and would would stay again.... -Polo

Staff was good. Hotel was showing signs of wear but the water pressure was good. Had a couple bugs in the room. Hallway smells of pot but that could be the present guests. Coffee was good, breakfast was either oatmeal or granola bar.

The room was roach infested, the team lead is very ghetto, rude and unprofessional. She smokes black and milds right in front of the entrance, if she wants to address an issue, instead of pulling you to the side she yells at you and talks to you like you are a child beneath her right in front of everyone, it was embarrassing. We got overcharged one day and nobody could give me a reason why. Now today they tried to charge $241 saying it was a game this weekend. Very unprofessional staff. Roaches in the room, charge $115 week days, $117 weekends but tried to charge me $241 today and housekeeping never clean the rooms.

I am extremely grateful for Tawanna Smith, the evening front desk attendant because she was extremely helpful when I had the smallest challenge from needing to replace keys, or updating my appfolio, to placing work orders and following up whenever I needed something corrected or repaired.

This is my third stay of more than a week at Extended Stay America Dallas Market Center. I am coming here to be close to the UT Southwestern Medical Center to undergo cancer treatments once per month. I keep coming back because of the personalized service. Wanette is the best!

Darron T. Was And Is A Sweetheart. He is extremely Professional, Delightful and Easy on the Ears! He never complained when We Asked him for Anything…You all should have a Company full People Like Darron Tate!! He deserve An Customer Service Award as well as, A Raise.
