Sonesta ES Suites Dallas Central Expressway

The Sonesta ES Suites is an apartment hotel. It has a kitchen, separate rooms with bathrooms, and a small dining space and living room. When we arrived, there were no comforters on the beds, only fitted and flat sheets and a cushion. We called the office and after 38 rings the young women sent comforters. She was SO apologetic about the situation too. It was 9 degrees. The can opener broke as we made chili. She brought us a brand new one. No questions. She is really sweet. The rooms were okay for a 1-night quick stay. Personally, I couldn't stay longer than that. The pictures on the website didn't match what we experienced. The breakfast was less than meh. They served boiled eggs, 3 kinds of cereal with whole milk, oatmeal, breads: English muffin, wheat and white bread, and strawberry puff pastry. There is a waffle maker and finally, orange and apple juice. Overall and in comparison to other hotels I've experienced, I'd give Sonesta ES Suites a ⭐⭐⭐ rating out of 5.

Did not feel safe at this property. The door 2as exposed to the street and d8d not locknproperly. Extremely noisy location. The breakfast offered was horrible.

Do not stay here if you have any issues with roaches! There are all sizes and all types! They are in the rooms and the bathrooms. The property is nice and appears clean enough but again, there is a definite roach problem. We couldn’t sleep for fear of roaches crawling around on us and then we feared bringing them back home with us. We would never be able to stay here again because of this.

I didn’t realize it was an apartment. I was renting completely furnished with a separate bedroom and living room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Carpets in the room were a little dated and worn, but other than that it was an amazing place to stay

Expensive for the condition of the property and lack of breakfast. Had to ask for enough towels and blankets for the room. No washclothes. Arguing and loud neighboring tenants. Wont stay there again!

Checked into the hotel and was not happy with the room went into the suite it was a lot smaller than expected the sliding doors dividing the living room from the bedroom the door fell off notify the front desk they said that someone would look at it the next day and then went to take a shower wasn't enough towels in the room as for more towels and they told me that they had a strict policy regarding their towels so I had to force up with a hand towel which was very unacceptable

Floors were nasty, stains on the sofa, and breakfast not as advertised. TV was not family friendly and so old the HDMI connection in the back did not work

It’s right off a major expressway that is very quiet late at night or early in the morning. But if you go to bed around 9 or 10 you can forget it. I would suggest staying in a building further back in the property. Other than that I love this place for the price!

Excellent front desk staff - John, Yessi, - all of them. I liked the location of the hotel. It is convenient to the highway and has a gas station, grocery store, and restaurants across the street. The size of the room and balcony were perfect. The carpet and appliances are a bit dated but were clean. The exterior areas were not very clean. There were cigarette buds and some litter on the outside stairs.
