My adult daughter and I had checked into the room around 5pm. The room smelled somewhat 'smokey' or maybe it was just musty, not sure. After inside the room for a bit you could no longer smell it; which I guess is good. When we returned to the room after a concert, they had locked the main hotel door so we had to walk around and find a door we could access; even with our key. You had to enter via their banquet facility. A bit irritating because 2 females walking around a hotel very early in the morning is not safe.

The photos for the double two bedroom are not the actual room or bathroom the hotel stated that or shows on the photo. They used the handicap bathroom on all their photos the bathrooms do not look like this. I have numerous bites on my body and the receptionist I found a bedbug on the wall of my room door and asked the receptionist to come look, her face said yes it’s a bed big but her mouth said “it’s not a bed big” it was brown and red and matched google perfectly and I showed her. You have to go to the back of the hotel door and if you’ve never been here you will need to walk to find where that is it is not as easy as you think. There is mold on the ceiling and in the shower. It is not a fresh clean hotel they allow pets o believe and the carpet smells terrible.

Music played all night from a downstairs party that lasted until 12a. I was offered to be moved to a different room so I couldn’t hear it. The ceilings were peeling and there were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. Carpet was dirty and the rooms were smaller than the pictures on the site I was asked to pay a pet fee which it’s not mentioned on the site and I was also asked to pay a $50 security deposit after I already paid on the site but that wasn’t the biggest issue.

Beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. Missing the maintenance and can see the decline. Clerk ignored the napkins and other trash on the floor. Area didn’t feel overly safe. Individual soap and shampoos. Pillows hard. Spots on the bedspread.

We were so excited about the pool but it is not a heated area so the family friendly note was not true since we could not stay in the water without catching hypothemia. The rooms looks nice but up close it was very disappointing. The floor was very dirty so dont wear white socks on the carpet because they will be brown after. Towels were tiny and we were given 2 when we booked for 4 people per room. Not the most family friendly so i would recomend elsewhere if you have kids.

Good price. Cute artsy industrial decorated rooms and foyer. Not high end, more moderate of a hotel. There is some wear and tear, but very clean and decorated very cute! Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Our room smelled so bad of cleaner. The condition of the room was not great. Wallpaper peeling, scratchy sheets, stained walls. Would not stay here again
