The loft master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and picturesque view. A junior master has a king-size bed, fireplace, en-suite bathroom and bathtub, and deck access. The third bedroom has a pillow-top queen-size bed, shared bathroom and deck access. There's nothing like relaxing in an outdoor hot tub. We offer a bubbling 26 jet outdoor hot tub that is sure to soothe your aches and pains. After a day of hiking, shopping or sightseeing, it’s the perfect end to a long day. PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is located on the lower level accessible by outside stairs only. Guest and residents going downhill have the right of way. If you come across another car, pull over to one of the paved shoulders or the closest driveway to let them pass. You may have to back up. Please note this road is narrow. Stay on the pavement. Please remember you are in the mountains. The speed limit is 17 mph. We have a paved semi-circle driveway, that can hold roughly 6 cars. All cars must stay on the paved driveway. No street parking is allowed, as this is a single lane road neighborhood. The HOA will tow street parked cars at the owners expense. Please keep all cars in the driveway and off pebbles in the yard. No animals allowed.
