플로리다 델 잉카 호텔(Florida del Inca Hotel)

I had a very nice stay prior to my morning flight to Lima. The hotel is run by a nice, dedicated owner who made sure my stay was uneventful. The room and bath were both spacious and clean. The breakfast (breads, jams, eggs, fruit, coffee and juice) was filling and nicely prepared.

The hotel is a 8min taxi journey from the airport, or a 30min walk. I got a taxi to the hotel and on my return to the airport, I walked as it was a pleasant day and google maps helped! I had a nice big room to myself and the bathroom was clean. Hot water was sometimes an issue, and the toilet flush was a little temperamental. Breakfast was simple but filling - either an omelette or scrambled eggs, followed by some chopped fruit, bread rolls with butter and jam, fresh orange juice and coffee. There are shops and restaurants nearby, I found some really nice cheap restaurants to eat at to the left or the hotel (walk out and go off down the small road). The hotel staff were able to provide breakfast at 6am for me when I had an early start to go Machu Picchu, which was amazing! Even got a wake up call just in case I missed my alarm! It’s a 30-40min walk or a 15min taxi to the centre when you have Cusco Cathedral, San Blas View Point, etc. Managed to fit in a lot during my 4 day stay in Cusco and enjoyed Machu Picchu, sacred valley, etc. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable trip 😎

We loved this hotel! The manager, Efrain, was very kind and did all he could to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He drove us to and from the airport, dropped us off at the city center the night we arrived so that we could explore and eat dinner, and he drove us to and from the bus station on the day we went to Machu Picchu. Breakfast was delicious, and they even served us at 5:45 a.m. the morning we went to Machu Picchu! There were 3 of us ladies traveling together, and at no extra charge, he gave us two rooms so that we would have more room. They also made all the arrangements necessary for us to travel to Machu Picchu. We didn't have to worry about a thing! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Florida del Inca Hotel took great care of us with an early breakfast and a quick shuttle to the train station. The owner tried to comp us the ride but it was obviously quiet at the hotel and we insisted on paying the small fee. I recommend Florida del Inca Hotel wholeheartedly.

We stayed at Florida del Inca hotel for two nights, but I wish we had more time in Cusco and with them! They picked us up from the airport, even though our group was seven individuals. They provided a taxi to carry us and our luggage as well. The hotel was very clean and tidy! I am afraid of bugs, but I did not see any bugs at all. The breakfast was fruit and eggs, and we were provided coffee and juice. They made breakfast just for our group at 5am before our train to Machu Picchu! We loved our experience here. I would highly recommend staying here, as the hosts and hotel are both amazing!

We stayed for one night and the owner was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and needed to have an early breakfast and he arranged everything to happen on time. Really comfortable rooms and we slept really well. The hotel is very well located for the airport.

I stayed here in 2018. I was by myself so it was nice and quiet. They made it fairly simple for me to book. I was picked up at airport and dropped off. I like easy and being picked up and brought back to airport was worth the area location. In 2019 I booked again. The email response was much slower than previous year. I emailed to confirm booking and pick up and I was left 6am at the airport. They did not send anyone to get me. I waited 1.5 hours then took a taxi to another hotel. They did not pick me up or even email me to tell me they were not getting me or to apologize for leaving me at airport after a 24 hour flight. Positive*** I will say the place is clean and staff was nice. Not staffed all the time which was fine (and normal in Peru) Very quiet and rooms are good Close to airport Negatives*** Water is cold in this area You are not near downtown. Everything is a taxi ride. Similar accommodations can be found cheaper in the downtown core Would not recommend being picked up by them; you may be left at airport

The property is run by owner and family itself, they were really helpful in all aspects. Good breakfast, nice an clean environment, free airport shuttle drop, only thing is a bit speedy WIFI.
