the hotel is located right in the historical city center at walking distance to main attractions, the staff is very supportive, we were allowed to early check in

Really lovely little hotel with great staff. Comfy rooms are very basic but everywhere is immaculate, rooms at back are quieter. Good little spread for breakfast with eggs to order. Staff can’t do enough for you ! Stored our luggage for a couple of days while we went down to Machu Pichu. There are some lovely displays of old artefacts (like a mini museum) around the reception and large atrium. Good WiFi. Easy flat 5 minute walk to central square. Restaurants, bars, shops all around. Fab place, highly recommended.

Wonderful staff. I came with a group tour which I had to leave due to ill health. Waiting for my travel insurance repatriation they let me stay in the room on a day to day basis (they were quiet so I know this would not be always available) but never made a fuss about it. They were also very good being a go between if my Dr or Travel company support rang and asked them to do something.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast options and that tea was available all day!

Very clean, comfortable & safe. Close to excellent restaurants & shopping. Hotel staff was very accommodating to provide snack boxes for our very early morning departures to Machu Picchu & Rainbow Mountain. I definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again!

The layout of this hotel is very quirky - all rooms around central balconies. Easy to check in and very central. Just off the main square with multiple restaurants in very close proximity. Good and varied breakfast and comfy bed. One of the better showers I used in South America!

I really enjoyed this hotel. Its location, 2 minutes from the main square, was excellent. The customer service was also super friendly and helpful. I really only saw two drawbacks, and these may be true for any of the hotels in older buildings that are centrally located. Firstly, I had the option of taking a street facing room or not. I thought it would be nice to have a balcony to see whatever was happening outside. Unfortunately, this includes a dozen or so tour buses that show up every morning as early as 4:00am. That means early morning noise. Many day tours originating in Cusco begin very early each morning. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but is something to be aware of if given a choice of room. The only other thing to be aware of is that in older buildings it may take quite a long time for the hot water to make its way to your room if your up early for one of those 4:00am tours. This is just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a warm shower in the early morning but also something I ran into at a second hotel I stayed at. Id definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed the hotel staff and proximity of town center. Short walk to take in the culture and amazing architecture. The hotel was almost like a museum in all the artifacts that is on site. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Breakfast had a great selection
