都非常的好

Though this hotel is beautiful after an extensive remodel and is located in a great part of town, I will never stay here again! The employees and guests constantly slam the doors shut after leaving a room. They did not install self closing hardware. The building has tile floors and stone walls which amplify every sound including employees loud conversations. There is no A/C and the rooms are stuffy because the only window faces out into the common area so noise is an issue. At the least, install ceiling fans so the windows don’t have to remain open for “fresh” air. Terrible experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It was impossible to get much sleep due to poor soundproofing. You hear people talking in the lounge area, in the dining room, walking up and down the stairs (no lifts) and the bathroom pipes are noisy too. I did change rooms, but the noise issues remained. Most of the rooms have no windows to the outside and no windows that open. If you want to be exhausted on your holiday, stay at this hotel. There are definitely much quieter hotels in Cusco. The staff were friendly apart from the woman at the front desk who was highly disrespectful and scornful. The food was very good.

1-star rating because of theft from our luggage. Before we left for the day, we tried to use the in-room safe, but were unable to get it to work. We should have gone to the front desk and had them fix the safe. Our mistake is we did not. We left four envelopes with money in my husband’s backpack and secured all the latches. We left the hotel at 8 am and returned at noon. Upon our return my husband noticed that the latches on the backpack were open. He looked inside and saw envelopes, Our mistake #2 is we should have counted the envelopes to insure all were there. We checked out the next morning and went with a private guide in his private car and were out of Cusco for two days. During that entire time, the backpack was either with us or locked in the trunk of his car. Upon returning to Cusco to a different hotel and repacking, we noticed two of our envelopes with a total of $700 USD were missing. The two envelopes which were not touched had Chilean pesos. Our Cusco guide went with us back to Colonial Mansion to help us with this problem. They understandably said it was too late, we needed to tell them immediately. The room cleaner had been employed there for many years with no problem. They said they could look at security video to see who was in the area during that 4-hour window. We asked them to have the manager call our guide and they took his number and said he would call us that day. They never did. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has comfortable beds, but if you choose to book here, make sure to take all precautions for your valuables. Having $700 stolen from our luggage leaves a sour memory.

We were recommended to this hotel by Alpaca Expeditions. So glad they did. They really tried hard to help us with our needs, which can be extensive for Inca Trail travellers. Great staff and amenities for a great price. Clean, well taken care of and centrally located, all for a great price.

2 Nächte waren wir auf unserer Südamerikatour in diesem Hotel. Unser kleines, sauberes Zimmer lag mit dem Fenster zum Innenbereich des Hotels, sodass der Geräuschpegel einigermaßen erträglich war. Die Lage macht das Hotel interessant, weil man in kurzer Zeit mitten in Cusco ist. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, Eierspeisen wie Omelett oder Rührei wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

Nos alojamos en habitación 106. El baño tenía muy feo olor y no era agradable estar en la habitación así. Era muy ruidosa tambien calculo que por estar en planta baja pero era complicado descansar. Desayuno estuvo bien. Personal muy bien. Cama y almohadas bien también.

La habitación súper cómoda, amplia las camas y almohadas una nube de mullidas. El personal atento, nos ofrecieron te de coca y muña, para el mal de altura. El personal en general nos hicieron sentir muy cómodas. La ubicación es buena nos movilizamos caminando hacia Restaurant o comercios.

Só não dei nota máxima por conta do quarto. É meio claustrofóbico. Não condiz com o restante do hotel, que é muito belo mesmo. Café da manhã muito bom. Deixam disponível chá de coca para ajudar com o soroche. Os funcionários foram muito gentis. Praticamente só passei uma noite .

Adorei o hotel, me surpreendeu. Bonito, colorido e o quarto muito confortável e várias surpresinhas. Super indico o hotel. Colaboradores muito simpáticos e prestativos e café da manhã com opção de pedir preparações extras. Tudo de muito bom gosto. Localização ótima próximo ao mercado San Pedro e Praça de Armas.

La habitación cómoda, con todas las comodidades. La comida del restaurante del hotel es sumamente destacable, riquísima. El desayuno completo. La atención del personal del hotel de primera y las instalaciones en sí, muy buenas. Lo único a mejorar es el wifi en algunos sectores del hotel.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue de lo mejor , la más agradable , el personal excelente muy servicial . Nos sentimos como en casa ,regresaría sin pensar! La comida excelente , los tés para aclimatarnos deliciosos ! Las habitaciones muy cómodas y grandes donde duermes sin escuchar nada del rededor ! Excelente

El hotel super lindo y muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del mercado san Pedro y la plaza de armas, 5 min caminando. El personal super amable y atento, el horario del restaurante muy amplio y funcional para los tours. Las habitaciones y baños amplios y limpios!
