Nunca estuve en el hotel no dejaron ingresar a mi novia y aparte me cobraron más dinero por la habitación y me tocó irme para otro hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times. ******* and hotel postings don't match. You pay in advance on ******* and the room you get isn't the same and you can't do anything about it except pay the difference or take whatever room they give you

I have stayed st this hotel many times eith excellent experience. However, this stay had a lot to dedired. Bed was hard, room needed maintenance, and the room location was loud and mudic could be heard from discos till 4am.

The rooms were always thoroughly clean. The free breakfast was good. Only thing that would need improving is the WIFI

Every time I visit Cucuta, I stay at This hotel. Love the service , the facilities and the rooms and big and comfortable. The food is too pricey but it’s good. Have hosted family gatherings by the pool and they have provided a great service considering we had a large party of about 30 people.

Friendly people and clean room service breakfast included, and nice atmosphere

Beautiful property but it doesn’t not have a gym and don’t have a night life or a bar
