Breakfast experience, the team running breakfast Teresa and Marcia are really friendly, professional and efficient. Always welcome you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Food is always plentiful and lots of choice, an additional coffee machine means an even faster process Great service

There were several homeless people outside begging and there was one more in the hotel lobby asleep on the floor. The hotel had no security guard to be seen and with the reception on the first floor I was worried that somebody would follow me into the lift . I didn't feel very safe here . The hotel can't do much about what is outside their door, but they should try a lot harder to make their customers feel safe

I do use Premier Inn a lot However I find that the experience varies from hotel to hotel thanks to the staff. The atmosphere in the restaurant for my latest trip at Croydon was probably down to the lovely and bubbly Teresa and Marcia. Other locations should send their staff here for training.

Had a lovely time at London Croydon. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The decor was a little scruffy e.g. parcel tape on carpets but the staff were just so lovely. Made us as a family very welcome. Particularly a huge ‘thank you’ to Teresa and Marcia. Both ladies went over and above looking after our us and particularly our wee boy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The Premier Inn hotel in Croydon was a pleasant surprise, with rooms twice the size of our previous stay at Easy Hotel. Having a shop next door was convenient. Teresa, the breakfast host, was incredibly friendly and wonderful with our kids. I'll definitely be back again!"

Great service by the whole team. Special mentions to Teresa and Marcia who were really good with the children at breakfast, and ensured plenty of food available. Hotel within easy reach of transport to central London and Surrey. Despite being close to main road through Croydon it was very quiet.

Stayed in hotel for my brothers 80th birthday on 8/4/2024 hotel very central for train station and buses .got a great deal 2 course meal drink and breakfast about 26€ mark looked after us service was excellent couldn’t do enough for us . Went for breakfast this morning self service hot and cold food even cater for vegetarians teresa and Marcia looked after us for breakfast excellent service not only served us but laughed with us a lovely bit of banter just one downside bar closes at 2245 am bit early but you can get a few drinks and stay there and drink them.beds very comfortable room was very hot told staff and they fixed it .as windows don’t open.co op next door for all your drinks and food .

I was taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon and this hotel was an ideal base for two nights. Quickly in and out of London and good value rates. Everything you need close at hand. A Co op store next door which had some very tempting looking pastries freshly baked. I resisted but reluctantly 😀. Greggs around the corner but not open on Sundays. I made sure of a Saturday night treat.
