니스와 인 앤드 스위트(Nisswa Inn and Suites)

It was a nice stay while we were in town for the 4th of July holiday!

The room was very messy when we arrived food was all over the room, Our bedding was dirty and when i asked the staff if they could clean the room they accused our child of messing it up and said they did clean it before we got there. They only changed some of the bedding.

The staff member was friendly and the hotel had a good location. The adjoining door in our room was missing the door lock so it was just an open hole that the neighboring room would have been able to look through or reach through. Whirlpool was damaged but was able to use the pool.

The hot tub and sauna didn’t work. The pool was dark and a bit sketchy. There were fake flower petals under the beed, so clearly the room had not been vacuumed well. The toilet didn’t flush well and eventually stopped working. Breakfast bar pictured on the internet showed waffle maker, instead there were toaster waffles. The juice machine was broken. There were a few slices of bread and bagles offered. To top it off, our keys stopped working midstay and we had to wait around in the hallway while someone answered the bell at the front desk. This place needs an overhaul! The staff was kind. I blame the management/ownership.

Terrible experience. Will never stay here again. Hot tub was broken, rude staff, mold in the shower, our room entry door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. Smelled bad. Never again!

Hot tub doesn't work, light in bathroom didn't work all the time, toilet doesn't work, they didn't do anything about it, free breakfast sucks, not much of anything, juice machine doesn't work, room not very clean, beds hard pillows stinks, bedding not very clean couldn't more towels for the room.service wouldn't help with the issues even said almost fell in bathroom couldn't get light on. Don't seem to care about anything.i would not stay here if I was you .like staying in hell.

Comfy bed, but the pull out couch ended up being an extremely small click clack futon. Not great for sleeping on and super uncomfortable to sit on. Room was full of mismatched furniture. Hot tub was broken which was ahuge bummer after ice fishing all day. Walls were very thin so the room was noisey. Would not stay here again.

We wanted a pool and hottub and sauna and nope nothing was working!! nothing good for breakfast. needs a upgraded and new staff .

We booked this hotel specifically for a relaxed night away in Minnesota winter and mainly had planned to swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub and use the sauna. It wasn’t until after we had checked in, we saw that the hot tub was drained, the sauna was out of order and the pool was FREEZING. Had I known all this, I wouldn’t have wasted my money.
