We booked a last minute overnight stay and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean and a reasonable price. The reception, restaurant and bar staff were all very polite, accommodating and helpful. The restaurant offers good quality and generous portions of wonderful food with a great atmosphere. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to wonderful Lorna and her team for arranging and hosting our Mum’s wake. From start to finish, Lorna was super attentive, listening to our requirements and going above and beyond to make sure it was a stress free, relaxed celebration as we wanted. Communication was great and we felt very reassured that we were safe, friendly hands. The very plentiful hot and cold buffet and fresh filter coffee was all superb and the chef catered for GF, vegan and veggie diets gladly. We were so grateful for Lorna’s sensitivity and kindness as she made thoughtful touches like providing Mum’s favourite lilies and creating a bespoke playlist to play gently during the wake.Lorna ensured we had plenty of space and we were given 2 beautiful private side rooms. Would not hesitate to recommend this friendly establishment.

The food was excellent, so tasty and piping hot. The staff are lovely and helpful. ( Katy is especially friendly and was a brilliant waitress). We would definitely eat here again. The pub has a great vibe to enjoy a drink with friends afterwards

Had a lovely meal here last weekend. I had the cajun chicken in a basket with the garlic Kyiv sauce, and my wife had pie and mash. Both excellent. Service from Katy and Laila was excellent too. Price was very reasonable for what we ate, and the service very timely. Will return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the fantastic breakfast experience and the exceptional service provided by Debbie and Margo.

Great Breakfast and Brilliant Service from Debbie and Morgi. Will be coming back again for sure. Taste was super, like homemade. They made us feel welcomed and for a large party the whole breakfast was brought out hot, fresh and together which was amazing. Thank you.

They have excellent customer service and are very lovely people. My 4 days here was great. I enjoyed their meal even though it was my first time having such meal. The room was sparkling clean and everything needed to make me comfortable and feel at home provided. The mattress and beddings we're unique and made me sleep like a baby. I recommend this hotel to everyone and you won't regret it.
