다음날 아침 비행기를 기다리는 동안 이곳에서 하룻밤만 묵었습니다. 내가 좋아했던 것: - 호텔은 꽤 편안했어요 - 매우 친절하고 따뜻한 직원 - 공항과 매우 가까워서 매우 편리했습니다. -방이 매우 편안하다고 느꼈습니다. - 지역 내 다른 호텔보다 가격이 저렴함 마음에 들지 않았던 점: - 호텔이 조금 오래된 느낌이 듭니다. - 거의 일반적인 필수품 외에는 뛰어난 것을 제공하지 않습니다. - 전화에 케이블이 없어서 리셉션에 전화할 수 없었습니다. - 온수기 주전자가 조금 더럽고 녹슬었습니다.

호텔 에어컨이 고장나서 켜면 시끄럽고 더위가 무서워서 잠을 잘 수가 없습니다. 이불이 너무 두껍습니다. 얇은 이불이 제공되지 않습니다. 에어컨이 정상이 아니기 때문에 두꺼운 이불 아래가 덥습니다. 잠을 잘 못 자요

친절한 직원이 있는 아주 좋은 호텔 비즈니스 여행객이나 개트윅에서 출발하는 사람들에게 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다. 음식과 음료는 괜찮은 품질이었습니다

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff like Simon at the counter and Marrissa in the restaurant. They were very friendly and helpful. The food was good. We enjoyed a dip in the heated pool though the steam room was out of order. We would definitely come back again if we use Gatwick Airport in the future.

The air con in the room was very noisy but the reception changed the room for us. The stay was fine and the location is very convenient, close to the airport.

Good option price/qualitywise if you need to stay next to Gatwick. Cheap to reach by bus, but with a lot of luggage it had to be a taxi, so mind this expense. The room is quite alright, and nice to have access to the pool of you are travelling with kids. The food at the restaurant is not great, and room service is not included in the price of ordering food there. So if you are planning on eating dinner, ordering from other places in Crawley. Breakfast was ok though, quite standard.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the Sandman. It was wonderfully clean and quiet. The desk service was very good and they were helpful, noting we would be checking out before breakfast service and offering us a picnic breakfast to take with us. The only downside of this hotel was its isolation which meant you needed to use the restaurant on site. The servers were polite and attentive but the kitchen was incredibly slow, which was very disappointing. We also tried the pool and gym which were clean and basic.
