구아르다 골프 호텔 & 레지던스

I am writing this review on the food part of the hotel. First off let me say that I have been going to Guarda Golf for years with my family! We absolutely love having a lunch there as there is an amazing terrasse and their lounge menu is very good. We have always had a 5 star experience. Today was not that experience I was used to. At first we were delightfully welcome by the reception team as usual. As we got downstairs to the restaurant I felt right away that something was wrong and that as we were last minute guests, I felt like we were disturbing things. So the restaurant welcome was already quite off. We were placed on the beautiful sunny terrasse. The waitstaff was unusually long and quite below the standard I was used to from this hotel. I must say the food was still a very high quality, so that is still very good! Then as we were finishing our meal, a fight started between the waiters. This is extremely unprofessional and should not happen visibly in the hotel. I thought this would last 1-2 minutes but it lasted at least 10-15 minutes and during that time no one came to clear our table and offer us coffee or desserts. So I went inside to pay as we were a bit fed up of this situation and I paid and even then the waiter didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. No apologies for this uncomfortable situation. As we exited the restaurant the fight still was happening with a few tables left to be served. They need to fix their problems quickly.

The most friendliest and kind staff I have ever encountered. Very happy with their serious attention to detail. Hoteal has a great location, and great services. Probably the best hotel to stay at Crans Montana, and I am excited to return again.
