酒店很靜雅，雖然歷史悠久但是設施齊全，維護的非常好。酒店陽台可以看到雪山，周圍景色優美。 最值得説的是服務！前台小哥的周到服務讓人如沐春風，無微不至！入住期間我們體驗了真正五星級的服務！！甚至在我們離開酒店前往杜塞爾多夫的路上，酒店前台小哥還打來電話提醒我經過科隆的時候去看看科隆大教堂。 非常棒的入住體驗！下次去瑞士還會入住！推薦！

We booked this Relais & Chateaux both for the food/ Michelin star as well as small property with intimacy & charm: from the moment we checked in and met the owner and her team of young, attentive staff, everything delivered was top notch service: location is central for shopping, skiing or dining , rooms are cosy with great views, understated decor and good bedding...Severine and her dedicated staff are always available to meet any request and try to make your stay ever more pleasant. Valentine's day dinner at the Bistro didn't disappoint with a great manager Camille who knows what she is doing. The Spa, shared with next door hotel, is nice but I would recommend also visiting Aida's (adult only sister property in town) that offers greater amenities & services to enjoy...All in all, a great hospitality standard delivered with a personal touch in a warm establishment that well represents the Relais & Chateaux experience in a mountain resort setting.

We had a lovely weekend at this little mountain hotel. The room (upgraded) was absolutely divine. Amazing meal at the Michelin star restaurant. Incredible service. Beautiful spa and massages. They shuttled us to and from wherever we needed to go (lifts, restaurants, etc.) I would not hesitate to return!

Was one of our best holiday ever! The team were incredible, helping us to organise our activities, logistics, and all the small things. Obviously the food and the service at the restaurants are amazing. The highlight for our little daughter was a spacious pool, where we relaxed after busy days in the snow. Come and learn what hospitality truly means!

Stunning views and amazing staff that catered to all our needs. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered great views of the Swiss mountains. The breakfast offered was one of the best I have tried. This hotel is a must-visit if you are in Crans Montana.
