Great location and great hospitality. Food was awesome. The beach is right there a few feet from your room.

The property is very unique with a natural and tropical feel. the service and staff are super friendly and always willing to help. food was fresh with lots of options .

This property is truly paradise. There were so many choices of activities, the food was amazing, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained, there were plenty of spaces to gather so it never felt overly crowded. Best of all, the on-site dive shop was outstanding! Great people with experiences for scuba and snorkeling! Overall, the best vacation ever!

My wife and I stayed for five nights in the middle of February 2024. We are 35 and we have been to many all inclusive resorts. This resort had your typical games around the pool throughout the day and bingo and things like that in the evening. I will say the prizes were lacking. I think my wife got a coupon for $150 off a $300 purchase at a diamond shop in town for her prize. We have been places where they give bottles of wine and stuff like that for winning this place did nothing like that. So it made it a little less exciting to play the games They had three restaurants and a buffet so dinner options were perfect for us for five nights but we usually like a few more options if we're staying for a longer time. The buffet was very good though every night. And the restaurants were very good also. During the day they really only have a snack bar and the lunch buffet by the beach. It's a good size buffet but there's no actual restaurant to go eat at during the day. They had entertainment at night every night. It was okay at best. It was a really nice resort and everyone was very helpful. A lot of the people staying here. We're doing so because it was super convenient to take off to go scuba diving. We did not do any scuba diving but we did do a snorkel excursion. That was amazing. If you are looking to party, this probably isn't the resort for you but it is a great middle of the road resort.

Gorgeous grounds, excellent staff, decent food, rooms were clean and comfortable. Activities if you want to participate. (Elizabeth on the Activities staff was awesome) .

The Iberostar resort is a very popular resorts on the southwest side of Cozumel. The location is really nice as is the condition of the property. It is difficult to get into the ocean because the reef comes right up to the beach. It is really great for a relaxing beach vacation though. What was really outstanding was the food, even though the resort caters to a lot of foreign tourists, the food was very local without compromising on the taste and flavors that make Mexican food so delicious. The smaller restaurants have bad acoustics so it gets a little noisy when there is a crowd. The rooms were small but comfortable. Unfortunately, while I was there, there was quite a bit of rain, and then you are stuck either inside the room, or in some of the public indoor areas. Entertainment options are plenty, and I have to give a special shout out to the in-house entertainment crew: Abner, Alejandro, Angel, Rocio, Lindsey, and I'm probably forgetting a couple. If you get a chance to catch the visiting entertainers however, don't miss the opportunity. Service in the restaurant was good overall, a special shout out to Glendy. For a comfortable all inclusive beach destination at a good value, this is a great choice. A few things prevent it from being Excellent but I certainly don't regret my tine here.

We stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. Absolutely beautiful resort in such a natural setting. Staff and service were fantastic. The food was great. We had a wonderful stay.

This is the second time we stayed here. It is peaceful, gorgeous, and simply put—paradise. The workers are beyond friendly. The animals on the property add an extra touch—flamingos, peacocks, iguanas, parrots. We felt very safe. The guard shack takes names, and won’t let anyone in the gate without permission. The food options are varied and everything was delicious. They were so helpful. The beach is great. I will say it isn’t perfect sand walking out into the ocean, but if you bring water shoes you can enter from the pier and see so many fish. The pool area is enormous and plenty of bars to stay hydrated. I highly recommend this property!!

It was a great experience! Staff is awesome, very welcoming! Entertainment all day was nice to have.
