Had a great time at this hotel Location is a five minute walk from ferry pier. View is amazing from our ocean view room upgrade well worth the money for sure watching the cruise ships dock right in front of us was really cool. Free breakfast buffet was excellent in mornings. Nice chairs around small splash pool were nice also little bar there at pool area. Spent the day there one day watching all the action in the ocean in front of us. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The price was good for the location of this hotel. We really like all the elevators in building . Also has a 7-11 store located under hotel open 24/7 so handy. Would highly recommend this small hotel looking forward to staying there next time

Great hotel in a fabulous location to explore downtown. Clean facilities with great breakfast and a fun staff. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked last minute, view from room was of storage area behind hotel and roofs of few low bldgs. On the plus side there was somewhere out there that played jazz at night which you could hear if you opened the patio door. Breakfast was pretty good with excellent omelets by Elisabeth and the staff at breakfast were all excellent. There were no towels at all in room when we checked in, asked at front desk and received 2 bath towels only. No face cloth, mat or hand towel. Blow dryer in room didn’t work, they brought another up. Beds were comfy. Convenient location.

This hotel is always clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is awesome and very close to downtown, only 1 to 2 blocks. Love this place

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! For that reason alone we’d come back again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Location was good. Only negatives would be rooms a little outdated. Wifi could be better. No microwave in the room. Everything else was spectacular! We loved the staff. They made the stay truly memorable. Thank you.

For the money, this is one of the best values in Cozumel. Our stay included a made to order breakfast which was so good and the staff serving us were wonderful. So many restaurants within walking distance and the view of the ocean was great. Close to everything. The pool and lobby area was spotless with people constantly cleaning the public areas.

Great place to stay with beautiful scenery. All staff was friendly and helpful. The down side is no parking anywhere. Also, we happened to be there when road was closed for construction. Other than that it was great. We would stay again.

The staff was amazing, especially the brunch staff. Brunch was great. Good variety. We would go back.
