I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel. It’s actually a 3-star hotel. There are permanent strains on the washroom titles (the materials are of low quality). The attached washrooms are too small (no room for shower). Too many staff but most of them (specially at the front desks) are unprofessional. The hotel is located quite far away from the main road (Dolphin Square), so it’s inconvenient due to the limited dining options.
The foods in the only restaurant (Marine drive Restaurant) are of good quality, but there are flies and mosquitoes. They offer complementary breakfast everyday, but very limited menu. I couldn’t use my international credit card to pay at the restaurant. The staff working at the restaurant front desk are unprofessional. The audio system (playing recordings) is of poor quality. Very few people came to the restaurant during lunchtime and dinner time.
