The bed is very good, the amnesties are very good and the staff are very friendly. Although the bathrooms need to improve.

I thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise with my family, relishing the overall experience. The impeccable service and standout features like the swimming pool and rooftop restaurant left a lasting impression. Kudos to the exceptional hospitality and staff behavior, especially Mr. Saiful, who proved incredibly cooperative. Despite these positive aspects, a couple of considerations for improvement stand out. Firstly, the discontinuation of warm water in washrooms after midnight during the winter season seems inconvenient. Additionally, a reconsideration of fixed air-conditioning temperatures in rooms could enhance guest comfort. Moreover, while the food at the rooftop restaurant exceeded expectations, the complementary breakfast fell short. It lacked essential seasoning, particularly salt and necessary spices. A refinement of the breakfast offerings to match the deliciousness of their regular menu would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience. Notwithstanding these minor considerations, the overall positive experience during our stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise significantly overshadowed any concerns. The commendable service, outstanding amenities, and delightful dining at the rooftop restaurant make it a highly commendable choice for future visits. Hotel Ocean Paradise truly stands out as a top-notch destination, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for any traveler.

Great hospitality from Mr Rahim in the pool area. Rooms are cozy with a pleasant view of sea. However they have a strict policy of foods and beverages bringing outside of the hotel but it’s ok I guess. Didn’t like the gestures from on of the receptionist during check in and check out. He was kinda weird though!

This is our first visit in this Hotel.Very Good ambience.Very Hospitable Staff.very warm and welcoming environment and also staff are very Frirndly everything was great.! We loved to come again and again.. There management, room services , cleanliness, food also the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Also there all the stuff was soo respectful and helpful. Especially Junaid vai. He is really a good person. We will sure visit again and I will suggest to my all friends about ocean paradise

Very nice hotel with sea view room. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Staffs were friendly and always smiling. Recommended for comfortable stay in Cox's Bazar. There is a beautiful swimming pool complimentary with stay in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is an excellent offer from the hotel.

Excellent stay at Ocean Paradise. we're from a group, due to some procedure i cannot mentioned the group name. Hotel location, food, Front desk guys helping mentality, swimming pool guys are very good & professional. Instead of two days stay i enjoyed thoes very much. Specially Duty maneger Musfiq vai, & Zubayer made my stay more comfortable. I will come back again. Hope in eid time i will make a plan with my family.

Friendly staff with very cozy hotel rooms. Their front dask was fast and decent. They give us early check-in. And the room was very nice and clean The view from the hotel room was great. It offered both a sea view and a mountain from the balcony. And thanks to Mr Hridoy for his support ... I will Come Again.. ocean paradise

Staffs are very friendly, nice ambience, foods quality is overall good, they use fresh ingredients as we wanted, there are 2 swimming pool, one is for baby's and another is large for adults and those were so clea and clean water also, all staffs behaved so gently and they were warm welcome.. over all my experience was so satisfying 😌. Well recommended. One thing I really want to mention that one of there concierge named "Solaiman" he was so nice to my baby, he played some moments with my baby and gifted a ball also to play my baby.. he was super nice, nice smiling 😃..
