호텔 블루베이 란사로테 - 올 인클루시브(BlueBay Lanzarote)

I have been at this hotel for 3 years running. I must admit the rooms need a revamp, but my family and I only sleep dress and shower in the room. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were great 👍 my partner is a fussy eater , and my daughter, but they were still satisfied. Especially the snack bar. The selection of alcohol and soft drinks was great, too. Now the staff!! They are the most fantastic lovely staff. I will try to praise as many as I can by name LOLA , ANA, older ALBERTO, and younger ALBERTO 😂 , CARLOS, and all the other bar and restaurant staff. Sorry I missed the other staff as they were all very hard working. Animation team should out to CAROLINE and the rest of the Animation team they were fantastic 👏 👏👏👏 I have always had a room in block C . My advice is don't take food and sweet drinks into your room as it will attract ants. This year, we had no beastie 👍

Dirty sofabed in the bedroom and dirty chairs in the dining area. Need washing. Food average but good choice. Great pizza and great section of desserts. That's all. TripAdvisor would like min of 200 characters but that is all I can write about blue bay. I dont recommend it

After 6 years away, we returned to the place that holds many happy and bittersweet memories for us. It was the last place we went on holiday before my dad passed away a month after we returned back in 2018. It was lovely to see so many of the friendly faces we were used to and amazed they remembered us after so long and made us feel so welcome. It was a little 4 day break and we chose here as we knew where everything was so we could just settled in to the holiday and relax. Lovely room and view, but then we’ve never had cause to complain about the rooms during any of our stays as they were always super comfortable. On our previous stays we’ve asked to be moved due to my dad being unable to manage all the stairs and it was never an issue. Air con wasn’t amazing though considering how warm it was. We had to have the doors open most of the time to get the breeze through. When I mentioned it to reception they offered to hire a fan if we needed it. However, the only reason we haven’t given a 5 star review is that the food has gone massively downhill, which is such a shame. We aren’t picky eaters but we struggled to have an actual ‘meal’ - it was lots of random items put together to create a ‘meal’. We were always spoilt for choice before - theme nights such as Chinese and Indian with the room decorated to match, show cooking, large salad choice, desserts to die for….. breakfast is just as good as it always was, however please bring back brown sauce, my breakfasts weren’t the same without it! Now, if you want to eat pizza, burgers, chips and pasta every meal, then perfect. If you don’t, then bring extra money to eat out, which then defeats the object of going all inclusive. We loved having a mini break back here, but even with the friendly staff (which ultimately make or break a hotel - your amazing team absolutely make it) and the comfortable rooms, plenty of sun beds and good entertainment (entertainment better than our hotel last September which was a 4*), without a good food selection, I doubt we’d return unless it was drastically improved. Bring back the theme nights, you huge selection of different mini cakes (so good your staff actually made me a birthday ‘cake’ complete with candles during one stay), and a bigger salad selection would absolutely bring my review back to a 5 star if we stayed again.

Just come back from our holiday at this hotel, rooms were very tired (don’t look like the pictures) we had to move rooms on the first day due to numerous flies in the bathroom. The food was very poor we only literally ate there for the snacks at dinner time and drinks. The slide also got closed on our second day as was broke but then didn’t get fixed all week so the kids only got to go on it for one day, I think this is something that should of been sorted straight away as the hotel was busy with numerous kids that could of wanted to go on it. The good points I would say is the entertainment was really good! And the staff was all lovely.

Honestly just left and it's fine. Staff good if you talk to them. Cleaners cleaned our room 6 days out of seven. Floors cleaned in the rooms went in on a number of occasions still wet floors so cleaners Def work hard.( Towels changed mid week otherwise not moved so think some people think cleaners not doing a lot). Food only one meal I didn't like but swiftly changed by me to something more to my tastes. Dining room chairs need replacing but over very clean tidy etc

We stayed in February. In block C. Our room had 2 rooms, the bedroom and the living area. Even when it was really windy our balcony was hot and no wind at all! There was always a good choice of food. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The Indian restaurant nect door had amazing food and definitely worth a visit. Liked the fact it was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a stroll to the beach. A taxi was only a few euros and reception will call one for you. Plenty of sun beds and would go back. The hotel check in on the return journey was a plus too. Only a short drive from the airport. Thank you for a fan stay.

Lovely family hotel, Carolina and Julia are absolutely amazing. They have made are girls holiday. We will be coming back next year for are family holiday.. just to see them again. Lots of activities, both family and adult. Nina is the best and the resort mum xlots if love until next year abbie + Heidi xxxxx

We booked Blue Bay Hotel for our Easter holiday, after our original hotel cancelled the booking with three weeks notice! After reading the reviews, it was safe to say we were slightly nervous however our experience was brilliant. We were a family booking of 17! 9 adults 8 kids ranging from babies to teenagers. Our experience on the whole was great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant food and poolside snack bar always catered something for everyone - not one of us went hungry! The entertainment was also brilliant for children. The mini disco and evening shows were fun. Our children (and some grown up children) had particular fun when the pool float came out! The only slight negative was some of our apartments were tired looking. Some have recently been renovated so perhaps they will all be freshened up soon. There were also tiny bugs in some of the rooms. But each room had a bug spray and they really didn't cause any issue. We would recommend this hotel (bearing in mind it is a three star hotel and would love to come back!

The rooms are very nice and clean but they are small.the swimming pool is very nice and big and I even look how there is a slide.When I go down to the football courts I stay there all day because I love playing football so muck that I hope I get to go back
