Paradisus by Meliá Salinas Lanzarote – All Inclusive – Adults Only

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and excellent food. Drinks are all branded and very good quality. All the restaurants are very good and we had no issues booking them via the app that we downloaded before we got there. The entertainment in the evening and classes in the day were all very well run and of a very high standard - shout out to Ramon who was always involved in organising and greeting guests. Hotel is in a great location on the beach but also well located to visit other attractions on the island. Pool a bit cold but that’s the time of year we visited. Overall excellent holiday at an excellent hotel.

Hotel in perfect location, quiet & relaxing. Food is excellent in buffet, plenty of choice., a la carte menus not to our liking. But lunchtime in the tapas restaurant is excellent. And Drinks premium brands. Our room overlooked the pool with a sea view & was very comfortable. huge bed really comfy, pillows very soft & comfortable too. Every member of staff really great, lots of smiles. Special mention to Soraya, Sandra & Romain of entertainment team who went out of their way to talk & laugh with us. Beach bar is worth a visit too. One or two improvements could be made, such as mattresses on sun loungers, waiter service around pool area, food needs labelling in buffet restaurant. Look forward to returning.

First time to a Adults only Hotel. What a Wonderful surprise. We needed a week of Sunshine and Rest and we got a lot more. From the moment we arrived the staff were so kind and Helpfull. The Food and drinks were amazing. We loved our walks every day by the sea and spent most of our time on our balcony which overlooked the beach and Sea. The Spa treatments were wonderful. We will be back but could we have a few more English channels on the T.V and reserve Pool Heated. 😎

Stayed here at beginning of April. Wonderful 8 night stay. Staff all very attentive& appeared to enjoy their jobs. Hotel is immaculate, activities on offer throughout the day everyday. We were so impressed with the restaurants and the buffet which had so much choice& premium options. Bedroom had an amazing view& was super clean. Special shout out to Rosa in the restaurant where she was always so happy to help& even gave us some recommendations on wine. Raquel was also a great member of the hotel, very enthusiastic and very good at her job. We mentioned wanting to get some handmade cups to take home; we returned to our room one day to find two in a gift bag - we were so overwhelmed at the personal touch and I believe this was arranged by Sophie/ Sophia from down in the reception area- thank you again we are very grateful. All in all a wonderful stay. Thanks again:)

Our 7th visit to the hotel and first since the Paradisus re-brand, it is back to the standards of the days of the Gran Melia times. The staff are excellent, a welcome every day and good to see many faces in the staff are still her, especially Giovanni on the bar staff and also Ramon leading the animation team. The daily program led by Ramon is super, his enthusiasm and that of his team is lovely. The evening entertainment is very good and plenty to do in the daytime too, with a weekly activity program published. Food is great, plenty of room around the pool and we will certainly be back again.

We stayed at the hotel for a week, at the turn of March-April. Our vacation was absolutely perfect and we have nothing bad to say. The room was very clean and modern, the restaurants in the hotel area were really great, including the main buffet and three menu restaurants. At the main buffet there were themed dinners; flavors from around the world and always tasty local flavors. The service was first class and someone always asked if we were all right, but it didn't feel forced. Everyone smile always. The architecture and interior was interesting and memorable. Activities offered by the hotel for the whole day from yoga to cycling class and waterboard pilates. The reservation of the tennis courts is included in the hotel price and it pleasantly surprised us too! Atmospheric live music at breakfast, during the days in the pool area at really cozy beach club and also in the evenings at the Ginger lounge. We enjoyed every moment, and even though our expectations were high, the hotel exceeded them in every possible way. Totally 5* hotel from every point of view even for demanding standards. Can’t wait to get back!

The entertainment staff are very friendly and approachable and have a nice range of activities for everyone throughout the day. I like that when doing yoga or pilates they use headset's as to not disturb anyone relaxing by the pool and I love the DJ with the violin or sax player down at the beach bar in the afternoon or early evening so I would give the entertainment 5 star, I only do 4 star because the staff serving drinks are not as attentive or accommodating, they ask you to take a seat rather than wait at the bar but then no staff will come to your table to ask if you would like a drink and you can easily feel forgotten about. My only other complaint is that if you are a smoker there are only two ashtrays in the entire hotel and you can not smoke by the pool area so have to go stand by an ash tray every time you want a cigarette. Hotel is stunning and very clean

The hotel is definitely reopened and refurbished. It is pure luxury. The pool is huge and the ocean views are amazing. The hotel staff are so friendly, informative and nothing is too much trouble. The food in all the restaurants is exquisite...the traditional menu of sea food is utterly sublime. Thoughtful little touches like a welcome treat of mini taster puddings left in the room on the first evening and free excursions make it such a memorable holiday. Totally recommend the hotel. Would definitely visit again.

Fantastic hotel, a little bit of everything for everyone! Rooms super clean and come as standard with mini bar and coffee machine plus chocolates left everyday ! The staff are so friendly cannot do enough for you. The gym is a good size and has a variety of equipment for all levels, the out door pool is rather on the cold side but one your in soon warms up! The food in the prebookable restaurants is amazing, but make sure you book through the APP prior... the main food hall has a great choice and a constant flow of fresh food. The entertainment especially the beech bar has a fantastic DJ and entertainment... the hotel has a real relaxed atmosphere... definitely a hidden gem ! 5****
