호텔 그랜드 테기세 플라야(Grand Teguise Playa)

La ubicación del hotel es una pasada, queda justo frente al mar con todas las habitaciones en esa dirección. Por dentro tiene una especie de estanque con plantas y sofás, en la que puedes descansar y desconectar, además de que tienen actuaciones por la noche. Las habitaciones están bastante bien, a nosotros nos tocó una con dos camas y eso si es algo que no nos gustó. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Just returned from a two week all inclusive holiday the the Hotel Grand Teguise Playa. We had been some years ago so it wasn't completely new to us, and it was much as we remembered it. The vast majority of bedrooms have a sea view, and the view from our fourth floor room as superb. The location is excellent overlooking a small beach that has easy access from the hotel grounds. It is in a very central position near to many of the shops and bars. The service from the hotel staff is first class, and Roland in the animation team keeps everyone entertained throughout the day. The only negative that I can think of is that the range of meals in the restaurant, is less than some hotels that we have visited, but that won't stop us returning next year. In fact we met lots of guests who were "returners", many for the 9th or 10th time.

We stayed here in March,2 couples. When we checked in we were allocated rooms on third floor next to each other which was great. What a lovely hotel the view from balcony was perfect. Rooms spotless, food was typical Ai buffet we never went hungry. Drinks were great although would prefer a menu to look at rather than having to use your phone. Great little crazy golf and putting green had a great laugh having our own little tournament. We loved this hotel so much we have already booked for March next year.

Immaculate hotel, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the food was varied some great daytime and evening entertainment. The two entertainers were fantastic and wow did they work their socks off! The warm pool was a great bonus! Fantastic views and overall wonderful holiday - gracias

From start to finish everything good room , food, hotel, pools, entertainment, staff, Great ,as we usually have an apartment and fend for ourselves which we do prefer . This was a last minute getaway .

We are currently staying at the Gran Teguise Playa and this is our 5th stay including 2 Christmases. Arrived on Sunday with my wife and son got two nice rooms with a sea view.Rooms nice and clean which are quite basic but adequate with brilliant showers. The location is good very close to beach and as usual hired a car to visit some of Manriques creations( don't forget to visit the cactus gardens). Probably the best part of the hotel is the reception and bar area with revolving bar and water feature containing turtles and fish. The reception staff and bar staff were very good but attitude of restaurant staff left something to be desired. On our second night-as there were 3 of us were told we could not sit at a table for 4 .He then directed us to a table that at the time was nowhere near anyone else and and virtually as far away from the food as possible (my friend was what he called me). At the time my wife had fluid on her knee courtesy of the long flight and a previous operation- but had to sit miles away as we had been told to. Did mention on the way out to the manager but was told that was the rules. This morning have had our untensils slammed down on our table Tonight was told there was no fresh orange for my son to drink even though every night that is what he has had and the bar had it. We just feel let down by the hotel and certain staff attitude which has actually spoilt out holiday. We do like the hotel but don't know if we can come back.

Had an amazing week here at Easter. Lovely hotel with sea view which was beautiful. Food was excellent everyday especially the Spanish & Italian nights. Drinks were branded spirits & included Aperol Spritz. No real need to reserve loungers & one of the main pools was heated which was lovely. The outside bar in the corner had a nice shaded screen which was nice to relax in. We had breakfast & lunch most days outside via the main restaurant. (Tip- sometimes they have lovely English bacon which is almost hidden to the right of the omelette making near some scrambled egg/children’s section) Entertainment is good as is the revolving bar area which makes for a fun evening. Lovely to stroll on the promenade outside the hotel left or right & we went to see the sunrise one morning. Would definitely go back to this beautiful hotel & resort!

What a wonderful hotel, the very best one in the area by far. We arrived earlier than expected and the room wasn’t ready but we were given our wrist bands and told to go to lunch and use the bar. The whole atrium was spectacular it was honestly the most beautiful area I have ever seen inside a hotel being a sub tropical climate it did tend to get a bit hot and muggy on a night but you can put up with that. The rotating bar area was a unique feature but we did hear other people saying they felt drunk when they hadn’t had anything while being on it but we loved it. The location of the hotel was just perfect as it’s right on the beach and the other side is close to the main tourist area which was filled with plenty of bars and restaurants. We paid for a superior room on the fifth floor 523 and the view was marvellous, the only draw back was it did look like the room had had a leak at one time and the laminate and the bottoms of the skirting boards were a bit blown in the hall/bathroom area but it didn’t cause any issues for us at all, it just may need to be repaired before the next season. The rooms are cleaned to a really high standard and the milk replaced each day as are the towels if required. The whole of the hotel is spotlessly clean in every area and it’s not very often you can say that in an honest review. Yes there are still people who put the towels on the loungers first thing in the morning and to be honest the OH did that also after the first few days of having to sit in the shaded area, we did watch to see if anything was removed but they weren’t even when the towels have been down and the owners didn’t show up until later on in the afternoon. Before I comment on the food I need to make a huge shout out to Mar and Carmen in the restaurant who every morning fetched me some gluten free bread, they even added a gluten free mini sponge cake and some cornflakes. Mar especially is a huge asset to the team and really does deserve this shout out. Food, now as stated above I am coeliac and at times the labelling wasn’t always correct especially on the dessert station. Over the years I have learned to stick to protein and salads at mealtimes to ensure I don’t end up with a visit to the hospital.Most of the time I can find enough to make a meal but on a few occasions we had to eat out, breakfasts and lunches were usually fine but the main evening meal did cause a few problems. With so many nationalities and so many people to feed this will always be an issue as you can’t please all of the people all of the time. What I could eat was lovely and it has in no way deterred us from staying with you again. We absolutely loved our stay with you, all of your staff are friendly and helpful but the stand out for me was Mar who went above and beyond and is worth her weight in gold. We so look forward to coming to stay with you again.

Came here with my friend for a girls holiday and overall it was a 10/10 holiday. There’s lots to do in the area and lovely shops across the road. All the staff were the amazing especially belen who we became good friends with by the end of the holiday so thank you to her for being so lovely. The Food was good with different food each night with a few staples like pasta, fries etc. The bar service was amazing all very friendly and our room was perfect. Would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone thinking about staying we would love to come again.
