Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Good food, friendly workers and good ambience

La comida muy básica y las instalaciones me falto un ascensor, supongo que para la gente mayor los ubicará en el bajo.

酒店對面有超市、很多餐廳和租車店，離海灘也非常近！非常方便！酒店內設計了很多小童遊玩的設施，晚上有為孩子準備的演出，適合帶孩子旅行的家庭！酒店離各個景點的距離適中，離機場也不遠，建議租車遊玩

Our first family holiday and we were not disappointed at all! A welcoming and friendly reception team guided us through our stay and answered any questions we had on arrival We had booked a family suite as we were traveling with a 1 year old and I can honestly what a fantastic room! Newly refurbished it was ideal! Clean spacious and the little kitchen area hidden inside the cupboards was perfect for keeping our little boys snacks and yoghurts cool and making up his milk. Another highlight I really liked was the two Sumner’s on our terrace which meant when my little one was having a sleep I could sunbathe and wasn’t missing our on the sun Pools were fabulous one heated one not but didn’t make a difference to us and a little splash pool for non swimmers! Pool area clean and tidy and well Cared for. Entertainment staff were second to none. Baby club allowed you to take the little ones into play for short periods or drop off and leave for a little while and they staff were all great with the kids. In the evening the mini disco was idea for children and then the shows after. Food was delicious! Great selections of fruit vegetables and meat especially local caught fish. And kids section as well each day varied and the chefs were friendly and informative At this point I want to make a special mention to Orianny one of the waitresses My little boy took a real shine to her and she made special efforts to come and see him and she really is just a lovely kind soul and we appreciated everything she did for us. The gym is fab not massive but every bring you need to work out otherwise there is some great places to go for a run outside the resort Costa Teguise itself is a lovely area and we all felt safe walking around. It’s really close to the beach and supermarket and also to some great little attractions including a local aquarium (your ticket lasts all day so you can go back and forth) and also a great crazy golf course. We are in process of booking again already and can’t wait to go back Thank you to everyone

We are coming to the end of our week here as a family of three, with our 3 year old daughter. We have generally been really pleased with the hotel. We had a family suite and had emailed in advance to ask for a top floor room with a reasonably sized balcony. We were really pleased with our room. There is an impressive amount of storage so we’ve been able to keep the space tidy, and the balcony has been great for a standard room - in the corner so very sheltered from the wind and it also has a sunbed. We are grateful to the hotel for arranging this for us as there are clearly other rooms on the top floor with smaller balconies. Room is well maintained. It is not one of the most recently refurbished ones and to be honest, I am pleasantly surprised that they feel the need to refurbish these rooms already as they are of a good standard. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and a few mins walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop to Arrecife and Puerto Del Carmen right in front of the hotel. We are staying half board. The food is reasonable but nothing special. After having dinner in the restaurant on the first night we chose to have breakfast and lunch instead. As others have said, the restaurant is busy, noisy and chaotic. So we’d much rather eat out in the evenings and have a bit of peace! Although the hotel caters well for children and provides plastic cups, plates and bowls it doesn’t provide any cutlery for children which is strange so I’d recommend bringing this with you. It’s very difficult for a 3 year old to use an adult sized knife and fork! The staff are hard working but it does also feel a bit disorganised, for example we have noticed several times that cutlery and crockery has run out and people have had to wait for this to be replenished. The entertainment is not our cup of tea, it never is, and it’s very loud so that’s one slight drawback for us but we did book knowing there would be entertainment. You can’t escape it during the day unfortunately if you’re at the hotel, and sometimes we’ve heard it from our bedroom at night. The playgrounds are excellent. Pools are a bit cold. Temps vary from 24-26 for large pool and 25-28 for baby pool. It’s been exceptionally windy while we’ve been here which hasn’t helped. Other points to note, drinks have generally been good and staff helpful. In general I would recommend this hotel, but I wouldn’t return as the weather really has not been good enough for us to make full use of the facilities and from what I can gather it’s pretty normal for this time of year.

This hotel and staff are amazing. The food is lovely and there is great choice and food served at pool bar all day too. Roberto in the bar is an amazing bar man with great customer service and was so nice to us all. The only issue I had was if you have small kids ask for bottom floor as with two buggies and two small ones carrying them up every night was bit hard but the entertainment and all staff and hotel really made up for that. The staff in kids club and the animation team are just fantastic and are such hard working group. Our two kids just loved them and all the activities they done. We would def recommend hotel and everyone that works here are such hardworking from cleaning staff in room to the smiling reception staff.

Our family has two kids under four and have been to several resort holidays in the last three years. I'm a very flexible, accepting and tolerant person but felt this had to be said. Firstly this hotel has it's positives and that starts with the communal areas, which are excellent. The pools, parks, reception and entertainment areas are all great. The location is also excellent, which is next to a beach and local amenities. The entertainment team are always enthusiastic and really make an effort for the kids whether it's by the pool during daily activities or each night with the shows. The rooms are comfortable and functional. Not luxurious but in line with our expectations. Now comes the problem - the food. We were staying half board and our first meal was breakfast on Sunday and by Monday tea time we decided we weren't going back. The tables are cleaned with cloths that don't get refreshed, therefore they just spread dirt from one table to the next, meaning after it has been 'cleaned' I had to clean the table myself due to smeared scrambled eggs that weren't there before. If you thought I was just overly concerned about cleanliness then next up is the quality of the food. The fruit is clearly tinned, the meat is inedible as it's so tough and the vegetables are overcooked beyond flavour. I can accommodate bad quality and just be picky but the decision not to go back was when I saw a cockroach jump from the counter where the chef was serving kebabs. The chef saw it, I saw it, we looked at each other and pretended like nothing happened. If a cockroach is trying to escape, why should we stay? Btw this isn't the first report of a cockroach within the last few months so there must be a problem. All in all if you treat this hotel like self catering you'll have a blast but you'll be thoroughly upset if you've opted for all inclusive. Four star facilities, zero star hygiene rating

We stayed 9-16 April at this fantastic hotel and it’s the first one we have said we will definitely return to, I’ve already been looking when we can return!! It was fully booked but never felt too busy! It’s immaculate, the entertainment team are incredible without being annoying, the food was gorgeous and fresh and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Only 10 mins from airport and right on a gorgeous beach surrounded by many fabulous and cheap seaside restaurants! Some trip advisor reviews really worried me and I really don’t know if they were reviewing the same hotel 🤣
