Myself and 2 friends visited for 3 nights. We stayed in room 6101. We had a lovely room! Lots of wardrobe space. Sun on the balcony pretty much all day. All the food we ate was cooked to perfection. I am a vegetarian but there was loads of choice for me. I did hear one family moaning about the breakfast but I really don't know what more they could want other than the pastries, fresh bread, 8 different cereals, sausages, bacon, 3 different types of eggs, grilled tomatoes, beans, potatoes, lots of different fruits, yoghurt, cheese and cold meats...and that's just breakfast! You are given a towel voucher for your use for the sunbeds. People are up mega early to reserve their bed which is annoying. We used the jacuzzi in the spa which was great. Fully equipped gym. Entertainment not the best but we weren't out late anyway. The hotel was busy so the dinner was done in 2 sittings, 730-830 and 830-930. All staff friendly apart from the young dark haired girl at the pool bar. Queues of people and she would just stand there finishing a conversation with a colleague blatantly knowing you are waiting. We had a late flight so used the showers in the gym to wash before the flight. Be aware that the all inclusive cannot be used once you have checked out at 12 noon. Very odd and first all inclusive I have stayed in that do this!! We didn't leave until 6pm so filled up before check out. There is also no food between breakfast finishing at 1030 and lunch starting at 1. And between 5 and 730. Not a problem for us but if you have kids then worth getting some crisps in. All in all we loved it and would definitely come back. Oh and the chocolate fountain on two of the evenings was pretty special. The attached pic is from our balcony.

We had a lovely stay at Vitalclass from May 24th - May 31st! We stayed in Room 3201 which was a jacuzzi suite and WOW! The room wasn’t a room at all, it was a full size, fully equipped apartment with a huge balcony you could have had a party on (obviously we wouldn’t have lol!) the jacuzzi reached 30 degrees and was a really lovely experience! I emailed the hotel prior to our stay and mentioned that we’d be travelling with our son who has autism and we don’t get to spent much time around the pool as it’s just too noisy for him, I asked that we have a nice big balcony so we’re able to enjoy the sun while keeping our boy happy, we wasn’t disappointed!! The food was great, we did have a few eveings where it wasn’t to our taste but that isn’t the hotels fault, mearly our fussiness! Breakfast was superb and we looked forward to it each day. We always had hot water at any time of the day and the bathrooms truly are exceptional! Beds were super comfy, I’m sure our bed was a super king size, my husband seemed miles away from me! There is a small but well equipped shop just over the road in the opposite hotel which you’re able to use, perfect to stock up on essentials! We didn’t walk into town as this would be too much for our son but we were well aware of the distance at the time of booking, we had no trouble getting taxis to and from the hotel at a cost of around €4 each way. Overall, we had one of the best holidays we’ve had in Lanzarote (we come every year) and will certainly be returning next year to hopefully the same room! Just to add, the staff are wonderful, special mention to Antonio on reception, not only did he correspond with my emails prior to our stay and ensured we would have the best room To suit our needs, but he is also a really lovely guy who always had a friendly, warm and welcoming Smile! Travelling with family and our 4 year old we always try and make sure we choose a hotel that suits all. Entertainment is always our biggest go to and unfortunately we didn't get that. Litteraly no pool Entertainment at all. Night Entertainment is very poor, if they don't have a singer on then it's basically a Spotify playlist your getting. The biggest thing that annoyed us including alot of other guests was during our stay, 3 bus loads of Spanish came to stay. All Entertainment was changed for 2 nights while they were there to cater for these people, they litteraly took over the place. They had a Spanish band playing with dancing but no translation in English at all when the woman was talking between songs. Entertainment always stopped at 10pm usually but for these people it didn't stop till 11pm. Food was not great at all, its so much the same most nights. We ended up eating out most nights, towards the end my daughter refused to eat anything from there. Alot of raw meats were noticed too. No food available from 9.30pm so if you dont find much at dinner you will need to wait till breakfast next morning. You cant really go wrong with breakfast so we always enjoyed something other than the time we got an omlette which was still raw and runny in the middle. I actually feel some way bad for putting an honest review up because we are so easy pleased and go with the flow that we never complain but this hotel was such a let down. Pool was closed most days we were there, 14 days we stayed. The heated pool has a faulty filter system so all the build up suncream was at the other end of the pool and the lifeguard kept closing the pool saying it was someone that was sick. Rep confirmed too that this was not sick. Lifeguard very aggressive to other guests so much so that someone had to pull him away from a guest. The rooms are very spacious, I did enjoy having an apartment style room, but we couldn't let our daughter onto the balcony, the balcony was not secure and missing bolts attached to the wall. The floors in the room were never cleaned, we would come out a shower and within 5 mins the bottom of our feet were black!! As for the kids club...if you are someone that goes on holiday and likes a wee hour to yourself then DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KIDS ALONE IN THE KIDS CLUB!! I took my daughter in but stayed with her..thankfully and another guy was in with his kids. Ther was a few other kids in without parents. The full time I was there the 2 girls sat at their desk on their phones. A little boy was shouting that he needed a pee, they didn't respond so the little one peed himself. A little girl was stuck in the tunnel thing and was crying to get out...again no response so the other guy that was in with me had to help the little girl. The kids that didn't have their parents there looked so sad and bored because they just didn't entertain the kids at all. This hotel has so much potential, it really could be up there with one of the best but lack of staff is letting

Hotel: The main pool was heated and very warm which was great when the wind picked up, there is a brilliant kids pool and play area which my sons loved. It was perfectly clean throughout from rooms to dining and reception areas The Kids disco in the evening was great for my children. The location was perfect for us, 10 minutes walk to the nearest shops and ocean path and 15-20 minutes to teguise where there are lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and beaches. It was nice to be away from the main busy area and we enjoyed walking daily to explore the area. Staff: EasyJet lost our double buggy but the hotel arranged one to be rented and delivered within 3 hours of us arriving, incredible service from cristina and the reception staff to save us from having a negative start to the holiday! The staff made the holiday and were a massive reason why I would recommend to anyone. Suri and Johanna and all the staff in the restaurant were brilliant, they are friendly and helpful as well as very hard working and attentive. Food: They were amazing at catering for our dietary needs with a separate vegan and vegetarian menu to be ordered from as well as chefs on hand to confirm what was and wasn’t vegan. The food was the best I have experienced at an all inclusive, it does get samey by the end of the week but that is no different to anywhere else. To any vegan, vegetarian or gluten free travellers I would highly recommend!!

Currently on our last full day staying here and there are mixed feelings. I’ll break down the review into sections: Room: It appears we have been placed into a jacuzzi suite without requesting / paying for one which is a pleasant surprise. It costs an extra 30 euro a day to run the thing though, so didn’t bother. The room is good quality, and certainly a four star quality. It’s more so an apartment than a room which is welcoming with a family. The bed is a king size and the sofa bed in the lounge is a good size albeit very uncomfortable. There is AC, however it’s very poor. There’s instructions on the wall on how to use it yet even after setting the temperature, we never had the room get below 24 degrees. Without the ceiling fans I think this would be a nightmare, and pretty unbearable in the latter summer months (July / August). As previous reviews have mentioned - even though the hotel has commented that they will address it - the WiFi is rubbish. It only works by the pool and you’ll find yourself constantly connecting / disconnecting. I work in IT and it won’t be very hard or expensive to upgrade th WiFi to a mesh network properly. Food: Food is where this hotel is let down in my opinion. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at with all inclusive, this hotel has offered the least amount of variety in terms of dishes. We found the food to be extremely repetitive. Usually you find the food to ‘reset’ after 7 nights at an all inclusive but the same dishes have been served 3-4 nights out of 7 which isn’t great at all. The food that is there is tasty, but as I said it’s extremely repetitive and very boring as you approach the end of your stay. The snack bar does burgers, chips, pizza etc. but oddly this is only open from 3:30pm. This is a first as typically in AI hotels, the snack bar runs from early afternoon. The reason for this is because they use the restaurant as the snack bar area as the pool bar doesn’t have the facilities. Ice lollies / crisps at the pool bar are chargeable even if you’re AI, and the snack bar only offers the cheap ice cream pots. Pools: The pools were good, 2 very, very cold and 1 heated which was lovely. The majority of people were in the heated pool as you would expect, but this ended up being closed for several hours a day - being taped off for whatever reason? The kids pool with slides is great for little ones (3-8 year olds) but I feel like you’d struggle with any kids older than this as there are no activities ran by the hotel - or at least during the week we stayed as no one approached us sat down to do archery, table tennis, tennis etc. as described in their offerings. The umbrellas by the pools are made out of palm leaves and don’t do a great job of protecting little ones out of the sun, particularly in summer. I ended up hanging a towel across the poles in the canopy to keep the little ones in the shade. The warnings for the terracotta (orange tiles) around the pool / surrounding areas aren’t enough really. W

Overall a good hotel for adults looking for a quiet getaway. Rooms We stayed in a 1 bed suite which was lovely, we were AI but still had a kitchen which was handy as we had our 4yr old. Room was modern and comfortable. AC was poor but we weren't sure if this was due to going out of peak summer. Restaurant We were initially impressed with the restaurant and AI offering however as the 10days progressed we found it very repetitive. In 9 nights we had kebabs 3 nights and Chinese twice.. quality of food is great but choice is limited and towards the end of the stay when there were more guests we would have to wait for food to be replaced as trays left empty. Restaurant gets very hot from the windows too. The waiter staff in the restaurant though were fantastic. Entertainment Poorest entertainment of all hotels we've stayed. Particularly poor for children, mini disco was very short (not on a Sunday..) and was on for about 15mins.. 2 ladies on the animation team, 1 was fun and engaging. The other was running kids club one day and just sat on her phone and didn't even offer the kids colouring in or hardly interact with them. Adult evening entertainment was karaoke and random live singers. The circus theme night was the only night we stayed all the way through. Bars Good selection of drinks but of an evening you could queue for 20mins to get served it was very annoying and people would get quite rude and pushy in queue. Location You are a distance from the main town but we had a car or used a cab which were inexpensive. Swimming pools The heated outside one was great, used that alot. The kids splash pool was also good for little ones. Lifeguards around too which was good to see. Personally I would return if travelling with just adults but I wouldn't recommend it if you are traveling with kids that love the entertainment and kids club.

I booked my stay for 5 nights quite last minute and having read reviews I was nervous. I can honestly say i’m so glad the reviews online didn’t put me off! I arrived in the evening on my first night and was welcomed by such friendly staff, in particular Domenico. I was just in time for dinner and the choice of food was excellent! I consider myself to be quite a fussy eater but every meal time there was always something I would eat! The pool and social areas were very clean and there was always available sun-loungers. The staff at the pool bar were great. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. My room was a pool view suite which was very spacious, and close to the main building. I used the gym and the spa, both of which were very good! The Gym had all a good range of facilities and the spa was lovely! The evening entertainment was very varied with different musicians and performers. I cannot stress enough how lovely all of the staff were, the reception desk staff were always friendly, and so helpful. The resort is not particularly close to any restaurants or shops but the staff were very happy to help explain the busses and/or book a taxi for me. It was recommended to me to go to the Sunday Market in Teguise which was amazing, lots of stalls, lots of foods and frequent taxis. I would absolutely recommend Vitalclass and definitely intend to revisit! Thank you so much for making my holiday so enjoyable!

This was a last-minute decision to take a break over the May Bank Holiday. Staff I can't name individuals, but every team member we talked to in reception, the restaurant/bar, and the pool lifeguards was excellent and always happy to help. Thanks to all. Hotel Location As we arrived on a late flight, it was the following day before we noticed that we were on the outer edge of Costa Teguise. It took us 45 minutes to find our first hypermarket. Later walks allowed us to find shops significantly closer. One benefit of the location was the 10-minute walk (uphill) to the Aquapark. Great fun was had for the day, although as it was still off-season, we only managed one visit. Appearance: The public areas were spacious and very clean Rooms/Apartment: The room was spacious, with a separate bedroom, kitchen, and large Bathroom. Our son slept on the fold-down bed in the living room and was very happy with his comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the two single beds pushed together in the main bedroom have seen better days. Food & Drink: As always, food is a personal choice, and an All-Inclusive restaurant can't always please everyone. There was always plenty available - with the staff regularly refreshing supplies. You will be charged if some drinks are not included in the all-inclusive. The spirits were the best choice as most cocktails were pre-made from the jug, and this reflected in the taste. Kids Entertainment: There are two pools suitable for kids (one warm and one cold—this didn't seem to put them off); we were not there long enough to try the mini club or the playground. Finally: The staff's outstanding service was excellent, but the hotel has room for improvement. It was OK as a last-minute option, but that's about it.

We recently had a great holiday in Lanzarote. The hotel was very nice. Rooms are specious and clean. Every night was different sort of food with was great. The only issue I had was the lady Yuliana,extremely rude and not helpful. Whatever she was in the pool bar the way how she treat me was just wrong.
