배거본드 인 코스타메사(Vagabond Inn Costa Mesa)

이불에 담배 화상이 있었지만 방은 꽤 좋았습니다. 우리는 "금연"방에 머물렀다. 야간 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 무례한 것 같았습니다. 또한 나는 방에 실제 작동하는 에어컨이 있다고 생각하지 않습니다. 켜짐/꺼짐이라고 표시되는 기존의 일반 전등 스위치에 사진이 포함되어 있습니다. 우리는 밤새 스위치를 켜두었지만 여전히 매우 뜨거웠습니다. 에어컨이 작동했다면 즐거운 숙박이 되었을 것입니다.

고속도로 및 패스트푸드점과 가까움

The place was clean however the internet was horrible/ not working. Also room smell smoke even though non smoking room.

Room was so cold. Heater did not work, we request two blankets but still so cold, could not sleep well.

It was close to the freeway, but the rooms need some work, there was roaches in our room.

The room seemed clean enough upon initial inspection. However, we laid down for a nap and noticed several hairs that belonged to none of us underneath the pillows in both beds. There was no AC in the room so it became humid and hot very fast (even in November). The *****ping around the doorway was gone, so bugs were able to come in. Pretty sure we saw some kind of ********* in the parking lot AND the stairwells. The worst of it was the roaches. Roaches on my pj's that I put down on the table by the microwave just to use the bathroom. Roaches in the bathroom. Roaches in the nightstand and in the plastic protector over the lampshade. Roaches on my pillow. The one good thing I can say is that the pool looked nice (we didn't stay long enough to swim) and the front desk people. They did not seem surprised that there was a roach problem and offered to switch us rooms. With the drop ceilings and forced air vents, we knew the problem was going to be widespread. We declined moving rooms and they gave us our money back without hassle when I told them we would like to cancel the rest of our reservation.

My stay was not satisfactory at any capacity. My friends and I arrived at vagabond hotel at 10 o’clock at night to check in and get into our room to find black streaks on the mirrors, doors and floor and bugs everywhere inside the bathroom on the walls of the room. Nothing in the room looked clean. And the pictures from the website were deceiving as they showed carpet in the pictures and there was no carpet in our room. It was very easy to see cockroaches and bugs everywhere. When I explained the situation to the front desk after not being in the room for 30 minutes, she went to the room herself to investigate came back and told us that the room had already been used that there was trash in the trash bin, toilet paper was already used And that she could not give us a refund. Being very frustrated we told her that we were not going to be staying the night there, because it was not clean. And there was no help at all if anything, she felt completely against us and made it our fault .

Lots of tiny roaches in room. Like 14 visable at only 930. Even with lights on they were everywhere. I packed up and they gave me another room that turned out ok.

The reviews mentioning roaches are NOT lying. There were roaches. Water never got actually HOT, but it was warm enough, I guess. You could see outside around the door. The two stars are for the staff, who were really nice.
