What can I say.... Only thanks really! My second visit in a month.... The first was that good! I fell over in the car park - my fault! In seconds, the Manager was at my side with another lovely employee! They could not have been more amazing, offering assistance which wasn't forgotten. I checked in with the lovely ladies at Red Level Reception who already knew about my tumble... I was fine but the genuine care and attention did not go unnoticed. Thank you. So my son wanted his own suite and they managed to arrange interconnecting rooms, providing my 16 year old with much valued privacy, and me with the reassurance that he was close. Rooms perfect - spacious, quiet, clean and equipped with everything we needed (and if not, provided within minutes via App or phone). Regular room checks and cleaning excellent. ERRE offered up excellent quality food and my son loved it (the Tomahawk steak was literally melt in the mouth)! Gym was great for a hotel, as was the indoor pool. But!!! Above all what makes Don Pepe heads above the rest for me is the staff! They were great the first time, but this time I was remembered by name and every single person went out of their way to make our stay memorable in the very best way! So thank you Don Pepe, it's been a hard time for us as a family recently, but my son is also now hooked.... I'll be back in a few weeks with my daughter also. Can't wait!!!

Second visit here and we absolutely love it. Perfect location for friends, couples and families. Location is amazing as it's right on the beach, the staff are super friendly and so helpful. We got Red Level room which gave us access to lounge and terraces.

A fantastic November break in sunny Marbella was made extra special thanks to this gem of a hotel... thank you to all the staff for your kindness and for always going the extra mile to help, nothing was ever too much trouble. Likewise can only compliment the cleanliness of the room, fab variety of food in the breakfast restaurant (loved the fruit selection!!) all finished on a high with a dinner in Erre to remember. Top!!

Amazing resort in the perfect location! The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for an amazing meal don’t pass up on dinner at ERRE! The flavor combinations and plating are Michelin star quality.

We enjoyed a most fabulously luxurious stay for 7 nights in a sea view red level room which was v well appointed and comfortable. The hotel offers lots of lovely areas to relax, the poolside is idyllic with cabanas and plenty of loungers and the pool guy looked after us at all times. In fact all the staff provided truly excellent service, friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and breakfast the best we have ever experienced. Red level worked well for us, taking lunch and drinks when required and would certainly do this again. We would not hesitate to return here which we hope to do really soon

Our trip to Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá in Marbella, Spain was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise. The warm welcome we received set the tone for our entire stay – the staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled along the beautiful Mediterranean coastline. Being right in the heart of Marbella meant that we were close to all the action – from the vibrant city center to the stunning beaches and iconic old city. The premium room with a front sea view was pure luxury. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had amazing views of both the sea and the lush gardens. The bathroom had both a soaking tub as well as a shower, all modern, clean, and very fresh. The breakfast at the hotel showcased why this hotel rates as five stars - they had everything from delicious mediterranean dishes to omelettes and eggs Benedict’s served by chefs in front of your eyes. The hotel's facilities were top-notch too. The outdoor pool area was a real highlight, surrounded by beautiful lush gardens – it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at Hotel Don Pepe Gran Meliá went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. A special shoutout to Isabel at customer experience, who arranged balloons and a birthday cake for our son – it was such a thoughtful touch. With its luxurious accommodations, amazing dining options, impeccable facilities, and exceptional service, it truly exceeded all our expectations. We can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!

My wife and I have stayed here for the the last 12 years sometimes twice a year.can’t tell you how wonderful the staff are for the pools guys ,Restaurant,Reception all amazing This year we signed up for Circle with the help from Rio who was incredible made the whole experience simple but very professional Thanks to everyone for making the Melia so special for us Eddie & Pat

My brother and his wife had a wonderful time during their stay at the hotel ! Great service ! Very friendly ! I sent a mail with birthday wishes to the hotel and they surprised her not only with my wishes but also with a birthday cake and a bottle of cava! Thanks a lot !
