Chatur Playa Real Resort

I actually visited this Hotel in 2024 and all of the Staff whom work at Hotel Playa Real in Tenerife were all Exceptionally Lovely People themselves and they all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves. I enjoyed going in the Outdoor Swimming Pool regularly. There were a lot of tourists whom stayed at this 4 Star Hotel itself. The Restaurant has Excellent Food at this Hotel itself. The Tea and Cappuccino Coffee were both beautiful and very nice indeed. South of Tenerife itself is Extremely Popular with many tourists whom come here to stay at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Hotel Playa Real in Tenerife in Spain itself. The Ice-Creams at this Hotel itself were Extremely lovely and tasty and delicious themselves.

We love the location of this hotel . But after coming here for the last 5 years , we’re noticing the standards have dropped . Firstly the sunbeds are absolutely filthy dirty . Spoke to reception and maintenance removed the broken beds . But nothing had been done regarding the cleanliness of the sunbeds. Bar area is tired and in much need of change ,ie seats etc. entertainment is poor for a 4 star hotel. Drinks are ok , cocktails are from a machine , not made fresh. Food for us is something just to get by on.

Worst hotel! 13 of us went to celebrate 30th & 60th birthday. Rooms were dirty, major leaks in bathroom, son changed his room three times with 3 children, they had family room in F block and had cockroaches and dirt on them all, ended up being moved to smaller room to get away from them. They don’t clean the cups in your room or change them, or the bedding and would not wipe the sides down. Lots of stairs, which had no markings on them which as lot off us fell down. Most rooms have steps down from bedroom into lounge area which are hard to see, another guest fell and fractured her ankle on theirs, no help from hotel. Food is terrible, re used or left out and so dry, drink is not much better. Don’t bother to book the one restaurant, Italian, basically same rubbish as in the main room. Most of the sun loungers by the pool were broken, drains clogged and smelt disgusting, will not allow floats in the pool which is only 1.3 metre max. Bar shuts at 11 and no entertainment day or night. Don’t waste your money

Absolutely fantastic hotel!! I read some reviews on here before we went and people were saying it wasn't very clean... Lies lol!! The cleaners and staff do an amazing job! My 2 year old had the time of her life with the entertainment staff and especially the Hotel Photographer Jorge!! Jorge was so friendly and helpful to everyone in the hotel he really makes the experience better for everyone. He took some excellent photos of me and my daughter and they were not expensive either!! The waiters, bar staff and receptionist are amazing aswell and just do everything to help you! The food was brilliant for me and my 2 year old. There were different meals every night but always had rice, pasta and fresh salad which she loved! I can't wait for me and my daughter to go back next year! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

What a lovely friendly hotel . Me and my friend arrived on the 23rd of December for Christmas . The hotel was very clean with lovely pools and surrounding. There is also privet terrace with jacuzzi and bar . Amazing view . The room was clean and spacious. Food was great with everything you would want . As for staff can’t complain either. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back . Plus the beach is only 10 min walk .

Attention!!! avoid this place it's a horrible hotel !! We were bitten by bed fleas, the staff could not do anything but change the room where bed fleas were bitten anyway, the hotel is very dirty! the food is horrible!! avoid this place if you can , service is terrible .
