The owner was amazing! So friendly and welcoming. Place looked just like the pictures, so much character everywhere. They had Netflix for free too!

The two girls were very helpful, and we were arriving late and allowed a friend to pick up the key and checked in the next day

Our stay was great. We even had to check in later than expected and the front desk staff waited for us until just after 8pm. The attention to detail was wonderfully thought through.the bed was very comfortable as well. Thank you!

The place is in a condo in the middle of a pedestrian shopping street. It is on the 2nd floor and need a lift to go up. The host was friendly but couldn’t speak English. Everything was well organised. Air con was nice and cool, breakfast was good. Had to pay 5 euro for public car park

We were in room 2, There was such a bad “sewer gas” like smell it was almost hard to be in the room. After it was cleaned the next morning it seemed to disappear but then returned by evening. Room so tiny was hard to find a place for 2 carry on suitcases. Decent beds and linens and breakfast, though staff was cleaning other room while we we’re eating and hauling laundry around so it almost felt like we were in the way. Other than cleaning in the morning, no staff around ever. Location is good along the pedestrian mall. Parking nearby in an underground garage for a discount as a guest at Epoca. This place just didn’t connect with me. Wouldn’t go back

Extremely comfortable.One of the best sleep nights that I've had while traveling. The room seems to be sound proofed so I heard no street noise nor noise from other rooms. The room had its own mini-split (heating/cooling system), so I could pick the temperature that I liked. The room and the rest of the property felt very welcoming. The location is right downtown Cosenza, and the bus station is just a few blocks away. The host helped me find my way. The folks in town were also very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Located directly on the main pedestrian street in town, giant flat screen tv (netflix/youtube) and our room had a balcony with table and two chairs and faced the main street, parking is located about a three minute walk away (Quick Park) they have a deal with the hotel, you take a ticket when you enter the garage and you pay the hotel (5€) and the hotel gives you a ticket to use when exiting the garage. The host speaks italian but she has all the necessary information printed in different languages and she is an expert user of google translate :) the breakfast is amazing and has many options and can be eaten on the terrace or in the lovely sitting area/lobby. Perfect location for exploring cosenza The shower is great and the room smells amazing

We loved our stay at Epoca Home. The room was beautiful, nice breakfast, and the location is prime. The outside facade doesn’t fit the beautiful interior so don’t be put off. When she buzzes you in, just go up the stairs and follow the signs!

Very friendly staff and helpful
