에버홈 스위트 코로나(Everhome Suites Corona)

Dirty room. The floor had not been swept the couch had stains all over it. The towels were thin and yucky. One year ago this property was so nice and well kept. Poor management has obviously made it go completely downhill. Will never stay there again.

Still a lot of construction around the property but nothing that keeps you awake - just a lot of dust. Hotel is clean, everything brand new, staff helpful and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend at a very reasonable cost too.

Hotel has excellent new equipment, cleanliness is very poor, flora were very sticky, top of furniture very dusty, even elevators were sticky. A new facility should have better maintenance program. It is a shame to see such a nice place poorly kept. Check in staff was very kind and polite.

It feels very sterile. It was clean but it is right next to the freeway and the noise is significant. I had no interaction with staff so I can’t comment on that. Location is ok, if you need to be in the Corona area. Starbucks very close and The Habit but no other food or restaurant options.

The everhome facility was extremely clean both inside and out. The room was cozy and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Only thing I disliked was bathroom door…it slides I like complete privacy and no carpet when you walk out shower

Excellent employee help and professionalism handling a refund I needed done due to early completion of my stay. Very clean, safe, well lit parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint would be to avoid rooms on highway side of hotel. Nothing the hotel itself can do to fix, just build too close to highway and hearing traffic at night.

My husband and I thought the room was beautiful and we had a great spontaneous getaway for an evening. We only have two complaints. The first is that the fan ran nonstop and the heater wasn’t working. So we had cold air circulating in the room the entire time we were there (about 14 hours). We called the front desk to inquire about using the thermostat and the person we spoke to was pleasant, said she’d see if she could figure it out, and then wound up coming up to the room to give a look. No maintenance staff was working and she wasn’t able to fix the problem but did mention that another room on our floor (the 3rd floor) also complained about their heat not working. The other complaint is bathroom related. The shower was large and a walk-in. The door closest to the faucet was fixed so we had to step fully into the shower to turn the water on, meaning we either get soaked or we have to get into the shower, turn the water on and wait for the water to warm up. Not really a big deal but when the heater in the room isn’t working you want to stay as warm as possible while waiting to shower.

I love this hotel. I feel like I'm at home. Staff is friendly and efficient. I will continue to stay here when visiting my family in Corona, Ca.
