매우 만족스러웠습니다. 객실에는 냉장고, 스토브, 간단한 식기류가 있는 간단한 주방이 있습니다. 호텔은 도심에 위치하고 있어 대부분의 명소까지 도보로 이동 가능합니다.

Lovely hotel. Nice and clean the a good breakfast. Perfect location for the city centre. Would stay again.

Great location and a lovely room with all you need for a perfect stay. I stayed 4 nights, and the staff, food, and facilities are great. Near the bus station for buses to the airport and for tour pickups for Paddywagon Tours. Near some of the best pubs and bars, easy walk across the bridge to the city centre and not too much noise.

Great clean rooms with friendly staff waiting to assist with every need. The staff was super patience with my kids. Breakfast was included and great options. Big work out gym area and it was great to have three full size washers and dryers to clean clothes before going home.

“When things look good they get better, when things look bad they get worse.” With regard to this visit, the former was definitely the case. We were greeted by Gisele and she set the 5 star tone for our visit. She was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast was better than most hotels with all of the hot and cold options that you could want to start your day. We were fortunate again to have Gisele during checkout and we were offered (without requesting) to store our bags if we needed as well as information for the area. Gisele acted as a concierge that you would expect at a higher end, significantly more expensive hotel. I recommend for the value of the experience (and I hope Gisele is there to greet you.)

Booked a 3 night stay in March 5 weeks in advance and received confirmation. On arrival, after a 4 hour drive from Dublin, we are told that our booking did not exist and that they had no rooms available. They find is a room in their (awful) Moxy hotel next door but tell us they have no rooms at the Residence Inn for the rest of our stay. From reading a previous review this has happened to other customers.
