I got a room with a window facing the in-door atrium, which meant not having a window with daylight. For the price I paid, I would expect to have a room with a window with daylight.
Spa was not clean and I didn't enjoy it at all. Breakfast was not good either. I won't stay with Clayton again.

I really wanted to love this hotel. It looks great (inside & out), it's got a great vibe, the staff are wonderful, the food is good and the rooms are well designed and clean (if a bit small). However, it suffers from one major problem; it is right beside the main Cork station and unbelievably only has single glazed windows. As a consequence, I was woken by the 05.12 train every morning and the noise continued after this at an incredibly loud level. Colleagues of mine who were lucky enough to get a room on the other side of the hotel (top of the image attached) said it was fine, so if you are staying then see if you can make sure you get a room on the non-station side. In summary, apart from the noise (and the lack of sleep) it was a great hotel.

Morning coffee in Perch Cafe Beautiful selection of foods, lovey ambience in the hotel and cafe. We just called in on spec, the staff could not be more helpful, wonderful experience, the staff checked back with us to see if everything was okay. Highly recommend a visit for tea or lunch..

We enjoyed a relaxing one night stay before flying out to Spain for 8 days. Car parked and got shuttle bus to airport early following morning. I have to compliment those early morning staff for their professionalism and assistance. All staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed nice meal in restaurant which added to our relaxation and a great start to Spanish holiday.

Mum and I just had 2 great days in The Hi B. We've been many times, including Mum's 70th and her 80th birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊 🎂 party in November 2023. It's a fabulous friendly, local, welcoming hotel and we love it. We'll see ye again soon. Wonderful, friendly staff. Can't thank ye enough. Una xx

I just want to commend the hotel. We were let down by another hotel and called hoping for a room.. upon arrival with our 3 year old everything was more than expected.. from the play park to the soft play area to the pool it was brilliant.. we were travelling from monaghan and the enjoyment made the trip worth while...would go again no bother

Beautiful experience as always - a lovely Cork welcome with exceptional staff. Our room was lovely and our dinner was faultless. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced . Well done to all concerned- we will definitely return sooner rather than later .

리리뷰어Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then.
Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

Garryvoe is a very nice hotel located just a few mins walk from the sea coast. We stayed for 2 nights and we loved our comfy kind size bed and our room had everything what we needed for a comfortable stay.They have a great gym v nice swimming pool,sauna,steam room and hot tub outside which we really enjoyed. Young girl working at the gym is very nice shame I didn’t got her name she was super nice I think she’s a swimming instructor there.Overall staff were nice and approachable. The only reason why it’s not 5* review is because their food is not great it’s overpriced for the quality they deliver.Breakfast is extremely poor we stayed for 2 nights first morning we had it but next morning we didn’t even bother as it was so basic v bland, dry and tasteless.Dinner was just ok I would not dine there again it’s better to take a drive out to Ballymaloe and have lunch/dinner there which was outstanding! Overall I would definitely come back and we definitely will however we would not eat in the property. Location is just amazing so relaxing hotel is also perfectly suited for families with kids.

Iy는 45 분 드라이브 드롬 코크 공항입니다.

우리 방은 바다가 내려다보였습니다. 아름다운. 방은 좋고 따뜻하고 넓으며 충분한 저장 공간이 있습니다. 저녁 저녁 식사는 훌륭했고 메뉴 선택은 매우 좋았습니다. 웨이터는 매우 정중하고 전문적이지만 친절했습니다. 아침 식사와 동일합니다. 우리는 이번에 레저 센터를 사용하지 않았으므로 그것에 대해 언급 할 수 없습니다. 호텔의 위치는 이상적이었습니다. 현지에서 걷기에 충분하고 해안선을 탐험하는 것은 차로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 모두 멋진 호텔입니다.

리리뷰어I am in love with their bed!! It’s the best I’ve ever slept on. So in love, I had to investigate to find out who makes their bed: it’s by the natural sleep company. I slept deliciously and I will now get a bed like that for my home.
The employees were quite kind and helpful too.
Clearly, from the bed alone, they invest in quality. It’s a gorgeous building and exquisitely maintained with a magnificent old world charm. I hope this gem lasts for ages and doesn’t succumb to the boring, overly modern, cookie cutter trope a lot of hotels have fallen into.
I will return for sure.

Myself and my partner went to charleville Park Hotel, we went swimming in the pool just before we left unfortunately my partner popped out his shoulder while swimming and was in alot of pain and an ambulance had to be called the staff in the hotel and leisure centre were incredible and very supportive and was by our side the hole way through untill the ambulance came brilliant staff couldn't be more helpful and supportive they were amazing and from the bottom of my heart can't thank them enough the support was just something else ❤️ well worth a stay here a beautiful place and very affordable also

This is supposedly a three star hotel, but I have stayed in much better two stars. The location is good and the view of the river is nice, but it is very scruffy and grubby in areas. The room was a reasonable size, but the bed did not feel very comfortable. We had a nice view, but it was quite noisy as we could hear voices quite a lot from possibly the room next door. The bathroom size was okay, but there was nowhere to put wash bags or toiletries. I had to put them in the shelving unit outside of the bathroom. The shower was over the bath. The tiling on the walls looks like it has been done quite recently but the grouting all along the edge of the bath is in a very bad way and needs attention. There was also a large greasy hand mark on the wall above the bed that was easily visible in certain light. The bedroom was not serviced on the day in between our two nights there. We don’t mind this but we weren’t told so we weren’t quite sure whether it was going to happen or not. The bins did get rather full. There was no decaf coffee available for the room even though it is available at breakfast. This was the first hotel in 10 on this holiday that we have not been able to get it. The public areas are very, scruffy and grubby looking. All it was take on stairs would be a coat of paint on the banisters and some repair work to the wooden knob at the bottom and that would help. The carpets looked quite dirty as well. See photos. Breakfast was reasonable and there was quite a bit of choice. However, things were all served in a slightly random order. We asked for our bacon to be very well done, but it was extremely under done. It would be helpful if sauces etc were kept at the table rather than having to keep asking for them. The staff on the whole were friendly and helpful. Interestingly all the other hotels I have booked on this tour offered a 100% refund a few days before the day if necessary. This hotel only offers 50% regardless of the reason or timeframe.

리리뷰어Our stay in the Radisson was 100% 👍 we arrived after a long journey by Connor he is fantastic everything was ready for us our suite was brilliant 🤩 home from home a lovely welcome card from Dora saying anything we need to just call her. Spring water in the fridge and some chocolate with our welcome card 👍👍😋 A wonderful bed great fluffy pillows. Breakfast so much choice fresh just cooked help yourself the boys and girls severing Zina team Clodagh Aisling Allison Keenan Jenny and Nathan I hope I haven’t missed anyone there were fantastic 👏👏so polite and helpful. Dinner in the evening was great beautiful food. Last housekeeping our suite was cleaned everyday spotless. Thank you all for making our holiday we can’t wait to come back👏
