The Westin St. John Resort Villas

Had reservations but forced to cancel for urgent medical conditions. No break. All money taken

It was very convenient, kitchen is a plus had everything you need and has washer and dryer in your room. I have no complaints about the property, the food at the restaurant could be better but it goes depending on your taste. The service at restaurant it wasn’t great.

Enjoyed our stay overall…beautiful facilities, room was clean and comfortable. Pool was perfect and it was convenient having excursions leave from the resort. One minor thing - did not like being charged for pool activities.

Front desk staff was great along with the pool crew. Beautiful room with ocean front views. The room was very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the dining especially our waiter Armani! Would definitely stay here again if returning to the Island. Offsite restaurant we enjoyed the most was Morgan’s Mango. Tasty food, very clean and updated dining area

Proximity to Cruz Bay, Coral Bay and North Shore beaches is excellent. Food at Snorkels Bar and Grill is excellent. Convenient rent a jeep. Pools are nice. Fitness center leaves something to be desired.

I really cannot say enough good things about this resort and the people working there and I can’t wait to go back!

Refrigerator didn’t work but fixed/replaced second day. Were going to charge us for ice at deli. Shuttle was nice.

It was beautiful and most staff were helpful - but be aware everything costs a lot of $$$$… even though it’s not stated that way, they also wouldn’t let us take the hobie cat out bc even though we are experienced sailors there was a slight breeze (any less and we wouldn’t be able to sail) and weren’t clear about the snorkel gear costing $$$ to use , $12 a card To play pool bingo… and the golf carts they shuttle you around in (bc big property) didn’t show up all the time… but if you don’t mind opening your wallet to enjoy the “ included amenities” and pay 7$ pp every time you want to leave the resort for Westin taxi ( plus tip) Oh and it’s under construction- so there’s that. We had a great vacation - despite feeling nickle and dimed- just good to know ahead what you’re getting into It’s a beautiful spot and St. John is awesome

Great accommodations. Service was terrific and the personnel extra friendly definitely will be back.
