DGI-바이엔스 호텔(CPH Hotel)

Hotel was very central to visit the tourist attractions . 5 mins to central station . Rooms were very comfortable, clean and cleaned daily while I visited . Free coffee . Breakfast room was located across courtyard from main hotel . Staff were friendly and very helpful . Would recommend for city visitors .

We loved the room. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Free tea and coffee and hot chocolate in foyer. Gorgeous breakfast buffet...... Nicely decorated for Christmas x

Pleasantly surprised, wasn’t sure what to expect as had read some negative reviews. The location is excellent - a short walk to central station/Tivoli/City/Copenhagen Mall. The area feels safe walking around in the evening too. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and the trendy meatpacking neighbourhood. Grocery stores nearby to stock up on snacks. Breakfast was great - loved the hummus and fresh veggies every day. Mostly a continental style breakfast, with mini scrambled eggs with crispy bacon, sausages and boiled eggs. The room was nice and simple Scandinavian style. Third floor has good views and a small balcony. A bit noisy facing the tennis courts - due to trains/metro, but you soon get used to it and it’s much better than late night noise from people or traffic. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Really nice reception area. Free (nice) coffee machine. Loads of board games and toys. The swimming pool is amazing. Especially great if you have babies or very young children - I have never seen facilities like it in the uk - incredibly baby friendly with baby baths and prams/seats to use whilst you visit. There were lots of other sports facilities that we didn’t use, but looked great eg table tennis, climbing walls, racquet sports, gym. You can hire bikes (and umbrellas!) for the day. You can also play bowling - you just pay a very small amount for shoe hire and get a lane for an hour. The room was a little pricey, but probably cheap for Copenhagen and significantly cheaper than what you’d pay in other capital cities and in a great location.

A nice hotel a bit far from the city center but close enough to the central station. With free access to the pool and sports area, free coffee and tea in the lobby. Rooms are basic and simply decorated in the Scandinavian style, but with all the amenities. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice served in an adjacent building. Not quite a good price, but acceptable for Copenhagen.

Day staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. We knew we’d have to wait for a room as we arrived around 9am. The front desk told us they’d let us know when our room was ready. Around 1:00pm I asked if it was ready and they said yes. Then charged us for our two children because they said *********** didn’t put it in their notes. We are trying to resolve this issue now with Booking. They also didn’t give us any information besides “if you want to go swimming come to the front desk for a pass”. We didn’t know there was a free breakfast until the last day because no one told us. We also booked a family suite with a balcony, which we did not get. I’m not sure if that was the hotels mistake or Bookings. The room only had shampoo and no body wash, soap, and/or conditioner. The price we paid for the room should have been much nicer with more amenities. I think they had bicycles to rent but I couldn’t figure it out and I didn’t want to ask the day staff. I’m only giving the hotel three stars because the night staff was super chill and nice. Also, the location was great.

Finest hotel rooms clean og nice Comfort beds and good air temperature Bathromm clean and spacious Swimming pool clean and has a big area Baby rooms and a big play ground for children 5 - 6 plus I recommend Very good breakfast buffet Across the hotel but nicely Very close to city - restaurants - big stores - Rental cars - bicycles - movies etc At the end we have a good time and funny playing chase in the pool Obs paddle board nearby hotel Reservations in hotel lobby Some exercises give you good confident 🤩

We loved everything about this hotel. It was stylish, comfortable and relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. Location excellent! Free hit drinks in the lounge, we loved relaxing here after a long day in Copenhagen. Breakfast buffet was brilliant, in a big lovely room, very relaxing- this was the favourite part of our stay and an excellent way to set you up for the day. Didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked awesome. Visited with friends but would love to bring the family back to this hotel, my kids would have loved it!

I stayed there for 6 nights while attending a conference at the associated conference centre. The public spaces are attractive, but the rooms themselves are rather basic and the bathrooms in particular are very dated. There is quite a lot of noise from the nearby railway line. Location on the other hand is good. It is a short walk from a number of restaurants, which is fortunate as the hotel itself has very limited facilities. If I was staying again in Copenhagen I'd look for something else.

We were very happy with our stay at CPH & definitely recommend it. The proximity to the train station & the 24-hr reception desk were worth gold to us after Deutsche Bahn cancelled our train at the last minute & our arrival was delayed until 2am. Having only a short walk to schlep our bags is enough to earn our recommendation, but added to this was the friendly & helpful staff, the comfortable beds, nice bath, lobby with drinks & shelves of neatly ordered board games. Easy stroll to Tivoli & City Hall. The breakfast is next door in a beautiful hall, a help-yourself continental breakfast with everything you could want, all neatly labeled for food allergies & with proper spacing to avoid cross contamination. They offer gluten-free rolls (kid & spouse really enjoyed the rolls), you just have to ask & they’ll bring it out to you. Great place to stay!
