"높은 정원"으로 예약했지만 알고 보니 같은 장소였습니다. 방은 퀴퀴하고 어두웠으며 값싼 재료를 사용하여 일종의 저급 보수 공사를 했습니다. 침구는 침대와 마찬가지로 착용되었습니다. 플러스 측면에서 식당의 음식은 괜찮 았습니다. 가격의 3분의 1이면 평균으로 평가할 수 있지만 현재 랙 요율은 아닙니다.

We came to the bar restaurant and were after a quiet drink and maybe something to eat. We got our drinks and the menu. We said we would like to look at the menu and it was taken off us. I asked why and they gave it back, by this time,I was so annoyed that we had our drinks and left Not the place for women - even with their partners

We are currently staying at this hotel. Spent last night here. Unfortunately, we have to spend another night here. On booking rooms, we were told the "package" included dinner at 3800 per night. We argued that we did not need dinner, escalated to the boss, who agreed to a no-dinner package at 4300. It was a deluxe room apparently:-) When we came to check in, the person at the reception actively discouraged us from having dinner at the hotel, and waived off Rs 1000. Found this odd. The room itself is atrocious. Wet stains on the stool. Door doesn't shut tight, without putting on the latch. So if your roommate is coming in later, you have to get up and open the door, or let the lovely Coonoor cold creep in as you wait. Requested for a spoon/ fork. 30 minutes. Extremely loud partying in the neighbourhood. Rooms are very welcoming, in that even a mild conversation downstairs carries through into your room on the second floor. Which brings me to my next point. No elevators here - senior citizens and those with weak knees, please note. Tall steps on the steps, including an unusually tall final step. I do see alternatives at 14k (Gateway), but I do hope there are better intermediate options available.

At the time of booking the couples 9 yr old child was not included inadvertently and this caused terrible reaction from the receptionist who refused to let the child in the room and they were almost thrown out of the hotel. Finally with the interaction by a Good Samaritan, the problem was solved amicably and the the three of them were allowed in one room with no extra cost. This happened at 8.30 PM, which made it worse.

Hotel Vivek. An excellent place to stay in Coonoor. We highly recommend this Hotel for your upcoming Visit to Coonoor and Ootty. The service quality was truly exceptional. All are ready to serve you. Team Front Office, F&B and Housekeeping, especially Muneesh Room Boy were really nice and extended extra ordinary service during our stay. If you are looking for a stay in Coonoor, you can't miss this hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel for all category travelers. Hotel Vivek has Multicuisine Restaurant, Banquet Halls, Outdoor Banquet areas etc.

Do not take booking for 3+1 in single small room, Guest might not know your hotel's size. My stay was terrible. I simply did not sleep in night. In side room (207), whole night 3 people was drinking...opening windows and door. my wife and kids was very terrified 2. If you cant serve the customer for the foods, do not take the order. I ordered lunch and waited 45 mins to deliver... Ask your restaurant ***ager, he was even so casual. was chatting with his fellow friend. while we raised our voice, he started shouting those guys and boys in the restaurant in front of us. I will never ever go to this hotel and even will advise all my friend not to use this hotel. Since it was peak time, I forced to stay. brgds Sanjib

This 'hotel' has got to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. Extremely rude staff that 'accepts our requests' and are holidaying on their own. The first day we came we were treated very badly by the receptionist. Cold food, when asked to warm the food, staff does not respond or listen. Asked to clean our room around 5 times. Still didn't listen. After telling them about their horrible service, they finally cleaned the room. If you want to go to a hotel where you are the guest, don't stay here.

It was very unpleasant experience.The room was a suite but the amenities were quite ordinary.The price charged for one night was almost 8500/- but neither the room nor the amenities were consistent with the price.Even we had to pay Rs 500 for blower.There were very limited options in the dinner too which was complimentary.The staff was also not courteous/ co-operative.I will not advise anyone to stay in this hotel.
