Nice place. The front desk was good and responsive. The staff was professional. The area and the location are the best because it takes 5 mins to get to everywhere.

Pleasantly surprised family! Kids loved the giant stuffed animals in the lobby, the talking moose Monty, surprise hot chocolate bar during the day. Room was fine, the couch made a great 3rd bed. Indoor and outdoor heated pool and hot tub lovely with the snow coming down!

The drain was not working properly which caused the shower to not function well because it would flood out over the edges. You should specify accessible as handicap accessible also because it’s not all that clear.

We have stayed here before and love it. It is absolutely beautiful especially this time of year. It’s very clean and love the amenity options they have. Our room was in great condition. The only complaints I have would be on our first night a fire alarm went off at 12am. Not sure what that was about but we didn’t let that ruin our trip. And the bed/pillows were SOOOO uncomfortable. It left us excited to get home!

I had stayed before, but I had forgotten how used it feels. The room was spot less and everything worked. Although making the TV scroll through more channels was a failure. The bed was very stiff put the pillows and coverings where nice. The restaurant reminded me very much of a tacky restaurant on Germany I used to visit. Lots of wood. The breakfast buffet was standard. Eggs ,bacon, Dannon yogurt (yuke) .... very American. Fruit seemed fresh coffee was blah... Check in was easy. Overall nice stay, but the bed once again was stiff. Honestly tough on my bones.

Hotel was beautiful and our room was cleaned everyday. The only problem we had was the tub and sink was clogged. Don’t particularly like standing in water during a shower

Very nicely done hotel that is very clean in all areas! The decor is nice. ATF is very friendly. Love the heated pools & hot tubs. Walking distance and/or close to all the shopping & food.

If you want to be in the quaint downtown of North Conway, this is about 2 miles away and is behind the Outlet shops, so not cute and charming at all. Easy to drive into town though. Rooms are fine. Clean, though dusting the sprinklers and tops of lampshades is overdue. A little worse for wear. Some scuffs on the walls and crack in vanity of bathroom sink. My shower was hot for about 3 min then lukewarm, but my husband showered afterwards and his was hot. Definitely a family place with the arcade and pools. There is an outdoor hot tub too and the outdoor pool is open year-round and heated. Note that the room with the "hot tub" in it is a Jacuzzi bath tub and not an actual hot tub. Staff was very nice. Complimentary electric car charging - ask for the code when you check in.

The staff was rude and dismissive from the moment I checked in, I heard the same tone. And rudeness to the people checking in also, I was told after checking no restaurant availability, my room was GROSS at best I took multiple photos. No other room available? I was told there were “100” people checking in tomorrow? I was surprised that the Newport Hotel Group allows this atrocious conduct, I rented a jacuzzi room that was dirty with corks from bottles on the floor behind the trash, the jacuzzi was dirty it was just GROSS the mattress on bed was bent so took a ton of photos but was 3 hours drive from my home no other options
