The staff was rude and dismissive from the moment I checked in, I heard the same tone. And rudeness to the people checking in also, I was told after checking no restaurant availability, my room was GROSS at best I took multiple photos. No other room available? I was told there were “100” people checking in tomorrow? I was surprised that the Newport Hotel Group allows this atrocious conduct, I rented a jacuzzi room that was dirty with corks from bottles on the floor behind the trash, the jacuzzi was dirty it was just GROSS the mattress on bed was bent so took a ton of photos but was 3 hours drive from my home no other options
