This hotel was not only filthy and disgusting, their dishonest business practices will have me booking the Novotel in the future. I booked three nights here through the Marriott portal using 21,000 points. I am a platinum member. The hotel is so dirty I thought about switching right away. I am including a photo of the grimy desktop with a stain from a previous guest. The worst part of this entire stay is that, upon checking in I asked if I could check out one day early. The front desk told me it would be no problem and that the 7,000 points for that night would just be returned to my account. I told them that I would let them know for sure the following day. The next morning I confirmed with them that I would indeed be checking out one day early and they again told me no problem. I could check out tomorrow and they would return the points. I checked out the next morning and was again told that the points would just be returned to my account. I have called Marriott corporate multiple times and the hotel now keeps closjng the case and hasn’t returned my points. Marriott is telling me I have to deal directly with the hotel. This has been a huge, frustrating, waste of time and I advise any future travelers to stay in the much better located Novotel or Ibis hotel if you are in Constantine.
