노밤 바이 더 씨(Novum by the Sea)

We are here for the 4th time but most probably the last time after this experince. The hotel is clean and nice, the staff from the reception was very nice as usual but even if they were fully booked there were only a few beachchairs they came by noon to bring extra ones when people started to complain loud The most nasty part was at the restaurant were we had to wait for more than one hour for some soups, we also ordered some souvlaki chicken that came RED (they served us and the kids meat that was not poperly cooked and even after we show them that we can not eat something like that they still charged us with 2 until we complained). Even if the restaurant was not full we had to search ourself for plates and forks because in more tha an hour they did not had the time to bring us some (plus we recieved plastic glasses as they did not had enuogh glasses in the restaurant).

The buildings are new, clean and cosy. The rooms are decorated in a nice, modern way and they also have a little kitchen. The doors have a very nice way of opening, with a touch code and you can make some coffee in your room. There are still a few things to work on, but it is worth the money. You can hear your neighbours drop things, the booklet is quite empty and does not give a lot of useful info and most people do not wear masks. The town is not much, especially when it is not summer and there are little choices of food - the restaurant closes at 21 30 and after that room service is also closed, making the nearest source of food a gas station (unless you brought something with you). The morning buffet is not great, not terrible. The staff is friendly and helpful and the overall vibe of the stay is pretty good.

Our stay at Novum by the Sea was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the sea view and luxurious atmosphere. We enjoyed indulging in the delicious cuisine at the hotel restaurant that made our dining experience truly unforgettable. The spa services were a highlight of our stay, offering a serene escape where we could relax and unwind together. The staff's attention to detail and personalized service made us feel incredibly special throughout our stay. We can't wait to return for another romantic escape by the sea! Highly recommended for couples seeking a luxurious and intimate getaway.

Don’t go to Novum by the Sea. I do not recommend. Dirty, poor quality in everything. I do not recommend. Don't go there. Here's why : - at approximately 18:00 there is no hot water (when everyone comes to the room to take a shower, obviously). - it is a hotel for families but the wifi doesn't work in the restaurant just when the kids want to stay with an iPad, incredibly poorly managed restaurant - there is a lot of noise in the rooms (you can hear it from the entrance and from two floors away even.). It's an extremely thin door, with 3 cm between the door and the floor, and it closes only when it is slammed, as a result, the doors in the hotel are slammed from morning until late at night). Soundproofing is non-existent. - the light in the living room is below head level (I am 1.82). It's a risk for anyone sitting here to take a light bulb in their head and break their head when the light is on. Big safety risk. - the evening meal is a complete disaster, they changed the wine in the glasses without telling us (with another wine)... it took 45 minutes to bring our drinks. Food comes when they want and in what order they want. Some children eat faster, others after 30 minutes. The same with adults. Appetizers come in turn as and when they want, as well as the main course.. - the parking lot - "park where you can" says the lady at the reception. I found it only at the entrance, extremely far away. The building has underground parking and they know that we are coming, because they have the reservation. Zero logic. Zero. - dirty rooms - the child had white socks, in half an hour they were black; I could continue but I don't think it makes sense. If you don't want to get angry, stay at home or go somewhere else.

Stayed at the Novum with friends and enjoyed the amenities. It was new, clean and very spacious. We had the penthouse and loved the sprawling view of the Black Sea. The restaurant is very good as well.

Excellent service, beautiful location, good and tasty food. The pool is interesting, beautiful beach managed with good taste, it gaves you the feeling you are at a tropical island. The apartment is big, clean with a beautiful wiew. The Leto restaurant has very good and varied food, the service is excellent. Playing area for small children, at the pool and at the park, entertainment at evenings for small children and teenagers also. Just a perfect vacation for a family.

A 4 buildings hotel complex. Clean rooms. Good experience within the accomation (large rooms, room facilities, restaurant) but poor experience on the beach. The beach is quite crowded and if you arrive late to the beach, you might not find available places. The beach regulation is not observed by the beach staff. The first arrived first served rule does not work and random privileges might be granted to various customers despite a clear regulation displayed at the bar entrance.

Very nice and cozy place to spend your vacation with your family! The services are very good, the whole staff is gentle and the entire place makes you feel well welcomed. Good vibes, both one the beach and on the pool, not so loud music. The breakfast and lunch are tasty and variously, meant to satisfy all the needs for everyone. Clean rooms and fresh air. Clean pools and beach. Last but not least, I want to congratulate Ramona (the manager) for her kindness. I was impressed by her professionalism and dedication. She is a wonderful singer too!❤️ She greeted us with a big and polite smile each morning when we went to eat breakfast. You do a great job, Ramona!👏🏼 Sure we will come back next year. Nicoleta
