18개의 객실이 있는 작은 호텔이고 프런트 데스크는 매우 작으며 항상 한 사람만 있습니다. 5성급 가격, 객실은 3~4성급 정도, 서비스는 3성급 정도. 하지만 우리는 체크아웃 후 휴대폰을 놓쳤습니다. 호텔에서 발견하고 이메일로 연락했습니다. 우리는 이메일에 답장하고 DHL을 예약하여 다시 보내달라고 요청했습니다(자비 부담). 적시에 처리했습니다. , 그리고 우리는 매우 감사합니다.

Beautiful hotel, excellent and friendly staff. Rooms extremely clean, beautiful roof deck for breakfast and drinks with view, very accommodating and friendly staff. Location is right by the water with easy access to the city center. Will stay again when in Como.

One of the best hotel experiences ever. The staff were wonderful, the location was great, the service impeccable, the property very plush, views from bar splendid and lastly but not least a special thanks to Alberto and Cristiano for making it memorable.

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was very accommodating. Every detail was amazing. Our suite was luxury all the way. A little construction going on right out front of the hotel but it wasn't that distracting. We would stay there again.

Vista Palaazo was an amazing experience!!! From the minute we checked in to the Succession Boat Tour with Alberto, it was awesome! Alberto was great, definitely went above and beyond!!! The location is perfect, as it is right in the center of Como and easy walking to everywhere.

We spent the weekend at the hotel. The location right at the waterfront is very central and convenient for everything. The room was beautiful and modern but in a beautiful setting. The bathroom was very modern. Breakfast in the top floor offers great views of the Lake while dining. Everything was perfect. The staff are amazing, and focus on every detail to insure we had a memorable and hassle free stay. We had to change plans mid way and Alberto and his team stepped up in a big way. He helped arrange a memorable day trip on the Lake to Bellagio, and dinner recommendations that were spot on. This really is a magical place and the staff and decor of the hotel add to this one of a kind experience. Grazie!

Vista Lago di Como was quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at for a long weekend getaway with my husband. The room was absolutely luxurious and was well appointed and maintained with stunning views of the lake. We chose the surprise 7 course tasting menu at their Michelin star restaurant and it was the best meal we had in Italy. Everyone that worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful, from helping with luggage and turndown service to recommendations for rainy day activities and arranging reservations and travel. We will most certainly visit the Vista hotel again in the future - next time in the summer so we get the full Lake Como experience. Thank you all for a wonderful trip! Grazie mille!

The Vista Palazzo is a fantastic hotel, the view is unmatched, the room is unmatched but the highlight of our Como trip has been the secrets of Como curated by Alberto! Hard to describe how wonderful this place is. Boutique to the max, a great restaurant, and the accommodations are only outshined by the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay time at the Vista Pallazo! A huge thumbs up, and we will definitely stay here again!
