THREE of the bedrooms and both bathrooms are situated on the main level, while the FOURTH bedroom and a separate room with a foosball table and daybed await you upstairs Our well-equipped kitchen is ready for culinary adventures, complete with all essentials for family meals, and a stocked coffee/tea station to kickstart your mornings. Wander off to the fully fenced backyard for private tranquility, featuring a fire pit, charcoal grill, and an array of yard games such as corn hole and ladder ball. The Property: First Floor: ~Relax in the Family Room, equipped with games for both adults and children, along with a 55" smart Roku tv, a selection of Blu-ray's, and a variety of books. ~Discover a fully stocked kitchen ready for culinary adventures in the sun soaked hub of the home. ~The main bedroom offers a king sized bed, tucked at the back of the home just off of the living room. A bathroom with tub is just next door off of the main living room. ~The second and third bedrooms (Queen bed and 2 twin beds) are near the front of the house and share a hall bathroom with shower. Second Floor: ~Explore up the windy spiral staircase to find 2 cozy rooms, one with a Queen sized bed, and the other featuring a foosball table and daybed. ~Please note: upper level ceilings are lower and sloped, also, central heating and cooling is slow to reach, window air conditioner and fans provided for extra comfort in the warm months. Outdoor Area: Enjoy the outdoors on our front porch which offers seating for up to 6 and partial views of the lake. Step out back into the private fenced yard to cook up a meal on the charcoal grill, dine al fresco, gather around the fire pit, or try out any of our outdoor games! Explore nearby attractions and indulge in a remarkable getaway experience. 10 minutes to Lake Geneva. 10 minutes to the front gate of Geneva National for golfing. 15 minutes to Grand Geneva golfing (or skiing). 19 minutes to Alpine Valley for concerts, golfing, or skiing. 50 minutes to Milwaukee. 75 minutes to Madison. 90 minutes to Chicago. Pets We are honoring existing reservations with dogs but are no longer accepting new reservations with pets. 🔒Please note there is a Ring video doorbell security camera at the front door and a floodlight security camera facing the driveway. Our Neighborhood Our quiet community is located on the North shores of Lake Como. There are several bars and restaurants in Como and we are an easy 10 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva for those who wish to explore local shops. There is a community beach less than half a mile down the road in addition to the small sandy lakefront area a half block from our front door. Residents and visitors can be found walking, running, biking, and riding golf carts along Lakeshore Drive throughout the year.
