Nos alojamos solamente 1 dia pero en regimen de todo incluido y la verdad que esta super bien tiene 3 piscinas dos para adultos y una para niños. El bar snack bastante variado, igual que el bufet se echa en falta un poco mas de comida pero por el precio que tiene esta bastante bien nos ha gustado mucho.

1. Start with the positives, TUI free transfer a long time but saves €80 one way which is helpful. Bar has the average drinks for an all inclusive which is good enough for us, the restraunt breakfast is good for a 3* hotel, all the usual stuff. Pool was clean although chilly. The views from the room were great. 2. Cons- Food very repetitive in evening, snack bar always cold, some of the meat look undercooked, Drinks, you have to pay for spirits on their own. Room was absolutely disgusting, stains all on the ceiling and cracks from the roof, drains in the bathroom stunk the whole room out so much, we had to spray aftershave to limit the smell. Some of us became very ill a few days in, violently sick for around 12hours straight. Also maid came 1 time in 4 days. Rooms are big but our room absolutely stunk. Overall a cheap last minute holiday with the lad. Hotel probably wouldn’t suit children that well. Weather decent for January, cheap and cheerful

I’ve just come back from this hotel January 2025 - don’t listen to negative reviews for this hotel I spent a week at this hotel - room 381 was lovely clean very spacious plenty of cupboard space, beds comfortable - housekeeping excellent clean towels / bedding every day Food - loads to choose from very nice - staff very polite hard working never stop Staff - amazing all of them Receptionist - all very friendly go above and beyond to help in anyway they can Sunbathing - plenty of beds - people do get up early to get them Pools - very clean My overall stay was fantastic couldn’t of asked for a better hotel & staff All reps in this hotel - very helpful Entertainment - something happening each night Definitely will be returning

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and were self catering. First of all - it was quite tricky to cook as there was a very small pan and 2 very large pots and of course only 2 electric rings. On a plus side there is a fridge with a small freezer compartment. There was no kitchen towel provided, there was nowhere to dry the dishes either as there is a sink and the worktop! Super annoying! The apartment would benefit to at least having a brush in there as the floors get dirty so quickly, we had to ask for one and luckily got it. We never ever got the sun in our apartment or balcony, we only were lucky to have a nice view towards the cliffs. We saw many people enjoying the sun on their balconies which would have been lovely but where our apartment was located the sun never reaches the balcony. After showering the floors were always flooded as the way the shower tray in built, the water just goes over it, I have tried showering to carefully but still the floor got flooded, this definitely needs to be improved or at least a bucket and mop provided so you can actually mop the floor afterwards. Wifi was non existent in the bedroom, wifi in the living room worked for the first day only, afterwards we constantly had issues with it because most of the time it just didn't work. We did complain 3-4 times, they kept saying they will send somebody, after complaining for at least 3 days, a man finally came, he did check something but it was never sorted! Very frustrating! Another thing that did concern us was a bottle of bed bug spray in a kitchen cupboard!!!!!!! I was panicking and hoping that there wouldn't be any bed bugs in the apartment! Every night I heard someone snoring in the apartment next door, it was super annoying. My little one enjoyed mini discos every night, it was quite fun for the children. Would I stay there again? Probably not taking into consideration my experience.

Clean and tidy apartment. Spacious with good sized balcony. We found the 'entertainment' pretty average, but that was just a personal choice. Parking was often to hard to find. We were self catering so can't comment on the food or drink, but as far as the apartment went, we felt it was good value for money.
