The house was very spacious and clean. Communication with the property manager was very good. The kitchen was filled with plenty of appliances which made it feel like our home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The towels and washcloths in the bathrooms looked like they were very new. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were surprised with the amount of wildlife in the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again if we visit Colorado Springs in the future.

Plan to stay again! The rental was clean and Kristina was very easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to make sure a larger crockpot was at the house before our stay once I inquired. Location was great and easy to get to location such as the Zoo, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Stayed with some extended family and we all agreed we would return to the property in future visits.

Colorado Vacation The property was exceptionally clean! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great centralized location for Pikes Peak and the Royal Gorge. It is also close to the zoo and Garden of the gods. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay The place is really cleaned. Kitchen is well organized. Everything is neat. 1st floor has a powder room, 2nd floor has a large bathroom suite in the master bedroom, and a shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Our only trouble was in the first night when we tried to locate the property, our GPS got it wrong and the house number was a bit hard to see in dark. Other than that, our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise from the living room, it was really a surprise when we open the curtain that morning. Communication to the owner was very smooth and efficient.

Family Fun in Colorado Springs We all agreed that the place was great, clean, and quiet. The property owner was very respectful and easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any question that we may have had. We would highly recommend any properties that she has listed on VRBO.
