베갯잇은 냄새가 심하고, 낡고, 더러우며, 주름이 모기혈인지 어떤 피인지 모르겠습니다. 얼룩. 비행기에서 내려서 사진을 보니 깨끗했어요. 이틀 동안 490 이상 예약했는데 이틀 정도는 깨끗할 줄 알았는데. 나쁘다고는 생각하지 못했습니다. 시트와 이불 커버가 너무 어두워서 사진을 찍을 수도 없습니다. 시트 아래에 구멍이 있습니다. 노랗고 검게 변하고 부스러기와 비듬이 가득한 허름한 매트리스로 잠을 자면 온몸이 가려워요. 목욕타올을 사용하세요. 뭔데 이런 호텔은 살면서 한번도 묵어본 적이 없네요. 시설이 낡고 허름한데 대부분이 깨끗하지 않아서 이사하기가 두렵습니다. 새로운 나라에서 한밤중에 호텔에 가서 하룻밤을 보내고 다음날 이사를 가는 것이 두렵습니다. 둘째 날에는 해변용 반바지가 있었는데 환불을 받지 못했습니다. 세탁했지만 아직 건조되지 않았으며 Ctrip에 요청하여 호텔에서는 아무것도 없으며 행동이 매우 나빴다고 말했습니다.

hotel needs to provide better amenities for the Guests in the rooms Was well taken care of by Mr Marshall Perera at the Bistro Restaurant during all my meals had during my stay at Best Western The buffet spread is excellent and tasty. Comfortable hotel with great staff! Great price as well. For me the location was convenient and great access to what I had to do. Highly recommend the Best Western Elyon, Colombo in Sri Lanka. Enjoyed the Vu which is a rooftop bar and grill. Choice stay.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Colombo and had a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the lobby manager was very humble, but I faced a significant billing issue with room service. I ordered two brownies for dessert, listed at 850 LKR each on the menu and confirmed via phone. However, I was shocked to find I was charged 1540 LKR each instead. This unexpected charge doubled my total bill to 4156 LKR instead of the anticipated 2000 LKR. Initially, this experience made me want to give a 1-star review. However, the lobby manager's sincere efforts to apologize and explain the situation changed my mind to a 3-star review. Despite his efforts, the system issues prevented him from reversing the charge, and I ended up paying an unrealistic amount. While I appreciate the room comfort and the Lobby manager's dedication, this billing discrepancy has made me question whether I would choose this hotel again, even though I have chosen this location several times before. I hope management addresses such issues in the future.

Devmini was excellent! They handled a last minute reservation well I am glad we chose best western The overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property made me feel at ease.
